McDonald's — Restaurant in Bangor

My husband went in and ordered a fish filet meal with a large fry and a medium sprite and a 2 cheeseburger meal with a medium fry and a medium coke. While he was waiting for his order the girl cooking the French fries lost the top of the salt shaker. Salt went all over the counter, into the fry bin and into the frialator. He watched the girl use her fingers and hands to push the salt off the counter and into the fialator. My husband asked to speak to the manager and reported what her saw. When he got out to the car we saw that they had only placed one medium fry in his bag and he was missing the large fry he had paid for. We went through the drive through and told the person at the window what had happened and that we did not get our large fry. We were told to proceed to the next window and they would get it for us. When we got to the window we told the girl that we were missing a fry. She then got another girl to come to the window. We showed the girl our bag and explained that we did not get our large fry. She asked to see a receipt. I looked through the bag and they did not put the receipt in the bag. I told her it was not in the bag and they did not give it to us. She kept asking for the receipt. So we did not get the large fry that we had ordered. This restaurant does not deserve 1star. We will not go back . We had to go to McDonalds on Broadway and buy another fry. I can not say about the food I got a refund this was absolutely on of the worce experience I had had here I was asking food and I just wanted a big Mac with quarter meat it so they normally sell me a quarter just like a big Mac I had to explain it to him multiple times and he just kept saying it different then what I was asking I just said yes and wnet up to the window and explained it to him he then said ok I got it. I said um ok are you going to let thme know how to make it 🤔 cuz the frist one is wrong as and not like a big Mac no middle or pickels and Mac sus on one bun I showed him it's was wrong as I knew it would be as he never when and told them as I explained it and he took the sandwich and though it on the counter and slamed the windo I asked for a manger to one of the works and she said um why I said I because I asked to speak to the higher up and he comes to the window and says what would you like I said so you the higher up all he kept say is what would you like i said the number to corrupt or the office I need to make a complaint I can't do that I said ok I will be in the morning ok I don't care what you do he says then I'm told to park after wait for my second sandwich 10 minutes him being rude the whole time the one of the works comes out and asks me to park I said I would just rather have a refund and she closed the window so I pulled up and went to go in and the doors was locked so I wnet back around asked he was rude more and then finally got my money back I...

DO NOT GO to this location, went in and got a drink and went to the car to leave and realized left my keys on the counter so I went right back in and they where gone and I asked the lady behind the counter if she saw them or grabbed them and she said no so I went the store looking and back outside and still no keys so I go back in and ask again she saids no sir, we absolutely don’t have any keys and luckily a customer spoke up and said, was your keys black and is a jeep key fob I said yes and she said the worker behind the counter that I just asked, just had them and brought them out back and the worker continued to say that the customer that spoke up was mistaken and finally the manager that was right their the hole time said she would go look and she comes back with them and I said how is this possible either one of you saw them and I started to just walk out instead of arguing and the worker yells, it’s not our fault you lose everything all the time and it didn’t make any sense and I keep walking and just said I only misplaced my keys and have a nice day and got to my car and the worker sent out her son to fight me and I was mind blown what was happening and I said this is ridiculous and got into my car and went to leave and the guy throw a hard object at my car damaging the door to the trunk , needless to say, I definitely don’t even feel safe to bring my kids to any McDonalds now in bangor maine if that is what...
