Liz was super friendly and double checked my order for me. I come here all the time when I crave fast food, which isn’t often, as Carl’s Jr. is my preferred fast food joint above the others.
As I was waiting for my order, Liz tapped the QR code asking for a review. And I obliged, and if you check my other reviews you’ll see I normally send praise and love to places I’ve been to. Whelp, if I’m asked to review I’ll do it, and I changedmy reading the moment my tires hit Ramsey Street. The problem?
My request for well done fries was obviously translated to “hey warm up left overs from lunch” evidently because the temperature was barely warm with that great old “been sitting out for awhile in the warmer” flavor. Very stale.
The western bacon: same damn thing. Old. See the photos. And barely warm. Not hot. Even the onion rings on the burger I could tell were old. They were soggy and disgusting. Best part? 1/3 of the party missing (see photos).
Waited a hot minute, and another employee gave me my order and I cordially thanked her and wished her well - she was stone faced unenthusiastic need looked like she’d rather be anywhere else… which leads me to believe management is failing to provide a good work environment As nobody seems happy to Work...

Kindly just asked for a refund.. the employee Veronica initially kindly started the refund... I noticed the amount was incorrect, i point that out... She gas an attitude saying dont worry about it that she knows what she is doing. She still does the wrong amount... But turns out she didnt refund me... She charged me again. So charge $125 for food i never got and they didnt know how to make... Had to go back to get this fixed... She wasnt apologetic at all... Seems like it was done on purpose. Been almost a week and the money still hasnt been returned to my bank.. $20...

When calling to have this corrected, Jose says I must save the sandwich and bring it back for a replacement when I'm able to return. Is he going to resell this old sandwich or doing this to make sure I don't eat an order I'm not 100% pleased with? Seems odd. Jose was so rude, I asked if I did anything to offend him and he seemed more disgusted with me. I don't feel comfortable going back to this location for a replacement sandwich.
