This used to be my favorite burger restaurant but having a new manager is changing everything for the worse. I have been a customer coming here With my wife every week for a long time and spending On average about one hundred dollars a month here. Chars always made me feel like the good old days before everything changed, trying to nickel and dime us for every little thing. The food was good that people were friendly and we felt valued As a customer. Because of the new management I will not be coming back Any times soon, unless things change back to the way they were Before. I even feel bad for the employees, because the new manager Seems to be making them break all the bad news to the customers. I saw another family going through the same things we were. People don't understand why they are changing the way things are ran and The poor sweet girl at the front has to break the bad news to the customers. I see the poor girl apologizing to everybody. This place was my go to spot. Read moreToday i grabbed breakfast for the family, when i got home my order was all wrong i called the restaurant and the manager apologized and offered to remake my order. When i went back i returned the order that was wrong and as i waited for them to remake it two male cooks were screaming and yelling at the young lady manager they were slamming the spatulas down and making my food carelessly. The manager then approached them again and told them this is why we are getting complaints this is your job to do the food rite, the cooks are so disrespectful to her cursing her in spanish. She was disrespected to the point that she wanted to cry and was shaking. Its so sad that as she apologized and tried to correct there mistake with my order they treated her like this and still continued to cook my food so carelessly rite in front of me, and through my food so angry into the containers. Someone needs to get the cooks in line that was the worst experience and hostile situation i have ever experienced. Upon receiving the hamburger, I observed that the meat appeared undercooked and lacked the desired level of doneness. Additionally, as I began consuming the hamburger, I noticed that the meat consistently broke apart, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Furthermore, the taste of the hamburger was disappointingly bland and even had a slightly bitter undertone. Regrettably, I did not find any pleasure in consuming the hamburger, and I found myself frequently resorting to drinking the accompanying coke in an attempt to mask the unfavorable flavors and complete the meal.
