The best subs around.
Was always amazing until today. I order a Philly sub but I wanted it with mushroom and onions no peppers. I have ordered it that way before with no problem but they refused to make it that way. So I told them I didn't want that and continued with my order. I ordered 3 subs. The price seemed a little high so I asked the girl who took the order to repeat the order. She said for you subs that's the price plus delivery. I said ok paid for the subs and hung up. It bothered me so I called back and talked to the manager who was not friendly and insisted that the order was correct. I said no subs are 8.99 and foer three with delivery fee it should only be 31.00 and change not forty. The manager said I'm added it up on the calculator and that's the price. Long story they charged me for the Philly sub that they refused to make. Then told me that it would take 3 days to get my refund. As they processed the payment already. I know people make mistakes and gad the employee and manager been nice and tried to correct it without thinking I was stupid things would have been fine. Waited the 20 minutes to go pick it up, when I got there I waited another 10 minutes for an employee to even approach the window and only did so after I pressed the buzzer. Then all I was told was give me one moment, 5 minutes later I ring the buzzer again, The employee comes back to the window and says can I help you?, I said I'm still waiting for the Sundays I ordered, she said oh we gave those to the wrong person. Didn't he come and talk to you?. I said no nobody came and talked to me to tell me anything, then because another vehicle had pulled up behind me I was asked to pull around and wait even longer for my order so that they could provide service to the guy behind me. You know speedy service like I was supposed to get but obviously I didn't deserve that!!!!! There only seems to be a problem with this particular establishment and they really need to get their professionalism together because right now I don't see any professionalism in this establishment!!! Seriously!!! Tonight was the worst service I've ever received from ANY place around. You should train your employees to stop visiting with each other and pay attention to their job. We ordered online and arrived on time at 8:07. The girl took our money and said she would be right back. Well she never came back until I rang the bell 17 minutes later. Then she had no clue she had seen us or taken our money 17 minutes ago until I said we had been sitting there 17 minutes. So of course the pepperoni bread was cold. She didn't even offer a refund or any explanation. We are regular customers but I guess we will take our business to someone who wants it. Obviously your employees don't value their jobs or the customers who make it possible to pay their wages. I wish I could give...
