I have to say usually I love Rally's... But this time it was rather.... Annoying? No more like frustrating... Went through the drive-thru to get the two for two spicy chicken and two for two bacon cheddar crunch, which we were told did those were part of the two for two.... But apparently you can only get two of the chicken sandwiches or chicken sandwich in a fry or you can get two of the All American Burgers or you can get a two for two bacon cheddar Crunch and a fry... the whole thing was rather confusing, there is nothing that specified this on the menu, it just said two for two and showed pictures of the sandwiches and some fries. Lady seemed frustrated that we are having a hard time understanding this, and she tried to stay polite but seemed to be a little rude, but she was just probably frustrated at how many times she had to explain it... This time we didn't have to wait very long, but usually when we go to Rally's we set aside 5 to 15 minutes because we know it's going...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI originally went through the drive through and I ordered a sandwich plain, but was given two due to their previous mistake to someone elseās order, yet neither sandwich was plain. This was after waiting for half an hour for the food. Then, I walk up to the window, and the manager finally replaced the food with what I ordered, after being extremely rude. She said I didnāt order it that way, which I certainly did. She accused me of attempting to get free food, yet all I wanted was what I ordered and brought the incorrect order back to her. Overall, waiting approximately 40 minutes and having to explain repeatedly what the issue was, and the managerās inability to control her hostility makes this a poor choice for fast food. I remember when this rallyās first opened. They advertised your order correct in 30 seconds or it was free. They met their deadline back then, maybe bring older management back to this store? Maybe re-train current staff...

The woman at the window was operating the drive-through, and she was standing there with her back towards me. She was handling all the drive-through customers and I just was staring in waving at people and they were just looking at me. Then I just wanted to get a couple chili dogs. When I asked for the chili dog she said well it's going to be a wait because they have to make some or something. And then the cars were driving away one after the other and then they finally came to me and then when I got to sit down and eat it in my car, it was cold. Not the best experience. The worst part was people were looking at me from inside and not even letting the woman know that I'm standing right there. So I'll be hard pressed to go there again. Not to mention I have no idea what mystery meat is in that hot dog or chili...
