I wish I could actually give negative stars ⭐️ because I’ve never been so angry leaving a store as I was leaving the BARBERTON dollar tree today! Cory that works there told an elderly black man with a cane who was having a hard time with his EBT card that “ if it didn’t work the first time what makes you think it will work a second time? There’s no money on your card, you need to pay with cash, you’re holding up my line!” He wasn’t even working the register. I told him “that’s rude how do you know the machine isn’t broken and shouldn’t speak to costumers that way, you have 6 registers and only one open that’s not his fault that’s your fault!” He said “that’s what I’m trying to do” I said “don’t yell at him” to which he replies “I’m not yelling at him I’m yelling at you!”

This store is filthy. They don’t restock shelves they put boxes out with merchandise in them but don’t take time to restock. What is on the shelves is a jumbled mess. During this outburst today I saw 3 different employees none of them apologized to this man! When I got up to the register guess what? My card gave me trouble, the chip reader didn’t work 🤔

Horrible service!!!!I go to this dollar tree almost every day and spend hundreds of dollars every month seeing how it's close to my home and I have never been so disrespected and treated so rudely by store workers and this has been multiple different workers and multiple different times also have asked for the number for their corporate office and they refused to give it to me I ended up having to look the number up and still have not received a call back and I have witnessed the same workers treating other customers poorly I am disabled and have been verbally attacked by one of...

The Dollar Tree has a lot of items that they sell. They’ve raised the cost up on all their products, yep , it’s no longer a Dollar. One thing they didn’t do is raise the bar on the quality of their merchandise, don’t get me wrong ,I’ll go in here somewhat often to pickup some ibuprofen or some low price snacks. All in all they are what they are.
