Super China — Restaurant in Barberton

Never going back. This place has always been known for lackluster food, but occasionally if tired I'll order. I ordered Chinese dumplings and got the same prepackaged dumplings sold at Walmart. When these places do that I boycott them. If I wanted Walmart prepackaged Chinese dumplings I would have went to Walmart. Seriously, just go to Walmart. It's the same stuff, minus the botulism. Usually, these places go out of business when they go that route. Do not waste your money. They will be out of business soon. Oh, and the egg rolls taste like tree bark. Edit:typing as I try each dish. They even screwed up general chicken. This is about the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The staff was mostly children. Maybe this place should be looked into further?Thanks for the garbage you sold me. Can't wait to see the closes sign on your door. This is a legit one star restaurant. Literally everything tastes offensive. I can't wait for them to close shop. Maybe we can get something worth having in the area. Message to the owner: did you really think you would get away with serving this garbage? Get them out! Edit: Response to the owner. I have bought the frozen Chinese dumplings from Walmart enough to know that you are not making those in house. They are the exact same size, shape and flavor, and consistency of the the frozen Walmart Chinese dumplings. I buy Chinese enough to know. If you continue to rob the customer with low quality food you won't be in...

I've visited and ate food from this establishment a few times and the food was always subpar. Nothing to write home about. The service was never that special either. Tonight [literally 10 mins ago] I witnessed and was a subject of some of the most deceitful service I have ever experienced! I ordered dinner for my 3 year old and I and the total came to $12.00 even. I hand the standoffish and miserable looking woman at the counter $15.00. She proceeded to put my money in the register and then closed the register WITHOUT giving me my change. She even looked at me, as she hurried to answer the phone, to see if I would notice. She walked away and my son and I went next door to buy a few things and waste time. I figured I would confront the situation at pickup. We came back, hot our food and this conniving woman handed me my order, as she was hanging me the bag she proceeded to RIP the receipt that she had just stapled to the bag, OFF!! So not only did she STEAL a tip....which by the way is OPTIONAL...she also took proof of my total so I couldn't argue getting my change back!! I will NEVER return to an establishment where the employees are straight up thieves, and manipulative ones at that! I know it's only $3.00 but it's the principal. They can keep the measly three bucks...that horrid woman obviously needs it more than my toddler and I. I will spread the word about this experience because I'm positive I'm not the only person that this has...

I ordered chicken and shrimp chow mein and ended up with nothing but onions no carrots no celery 2 pierces of chicken in a large order. They tried charging me $3.50 per container of rice too substitute fried rice for white rice. I went there following morning since this order was place 30min b4 closing.... I showed the grouchy ASIAN MAN (THE OWNER) my food how we didn't eat it and basically filled up on white rice. He said chow Merton is ongoing. I SAID "IT'S NOT ALL ONION YET THAT'S WHAT I RECEIVED. IN BOTH THE CHICKEN AND SHRIMP CHOW MEIN. Although I'm an honest person there were 2 pieces of chicken in the chicken chow mein. Yet beside being over loaded when onions there was a decent amount of shrimp in the shrimp chow mein. He refused to replace my order our even give some type of credit. Foyer my next order. Needless to say worst $23.25 spent on food. Until I accidentally dropped my car keys. While bending over to get them the Chow Mein fell out the bag I was carrying it in. And exploded all over the floor. I WOULD'VE LOVED TO SEE HIM CLEAN THAT FLOOR UP THE RUDE LIL GAMBLING GREEDY ASIAN THAT HE IS.

NEW PLACE TO GET CHINESE. YU JUAN KITCHEN CHEAP AND GOOD.THIS WILL BE THE MONEY THEY GET FROM ME. THIS WILL BEER ON MY WALL MY NEPHEW'S AND MY AUNT'S...
