Fazoli's — Restaurant in Barboursville

I ordered through the drive-through and I placed a full pepperoni pizza and Jezzlyn decided that that’s all I needed and told me to go to the drive-through window. I proceeded to tell her I needed to order a kids meal as well and after ordering the kids meal she told me to go to the window then proceed to say wait a second what would you like for the drink lol I needed to add broccoli, but I already felt like I was inconveniencing her. That’s not where it ends. I watch her have an attitude with all three of the customers in front of me I get to the window and yet again I’m bothering her because I say that I have a coupon on my phone to scan. Even though I was already upset at this point, she handed me my food. I told her to have a good day and she just proceeds to shut the window without saying a word. It might be best to get her out of the drive-through probably put her in the back! Because with that attitude, she ain’t gonna go far with many customers. And then nails! I know when I used to hurt fast food you aren’t able to wear...

Very friendly staff, it was probably the highest point of the visit. The Korean lady was the friendliest waiter/host that I've probably ever had. She was greeting everyone that came in/out instantly putting a smile on their faces. Last time I ordered the Spicy Italian Slider and it was great, could've been spicier. This time I visited I ordered the Pepperoni pizza sticks and it wasn't greasy and tasted great. My only downsides was they removed their Coca Cola freestyle machine (they did still have a good variety of diet sodas still) and lids were stocked upside-down. Had a $60 dollar to go order. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, 2 Lasagnas, chicken bacon ranch salad, drinks and cheesecake. When we got home they forgot 2 of our diners, it was way too late to go back and get them and the weather was bad, manger told us to come back in whenever for a comp. Went back a few days later to get the comp l, plus ordered two more meals. Again they forgot a meal. Luckily I hadn’t left the parking lot. When I went back in to get them the girl was extremely rude and acted like it was our fault. ( add on ) also no ranch for our chicken bacon ranch salad.😡😡😡😡 and I called back to get the salad comped but I guess them forgetting the ranch on a chicken bacon RANCH salad doesn’t...
