I really wish someone else would take over this business because the lady that runs it does not care about her customers at all. She only wants to offer free food to people all the time when they call with a complaint. I don’t want free food I just want my food correct when I order it and I’m tired of hearing the excuse they are short staffed because I understand that but you are in the food business and when people order there food they expect to get it they way they order it and it’s not just one time it’s every time we order food there and it’s not just us , all you have to do is read the reviews and talk to the people that live around here and they will say the same. You all do not take pride in your job and every time we do eat inside, which we don’t anymore, all you hear is the employees fighting and cussing . I had to go back to the store and ask for my 2 Mickies that was not in the bag. She wanted a receipt but my wife never gotten one. So was saying I couldn't get it. I wanted to speak with manager, she replies it was her. I then wanted to speak to her boss. Well, he was out for the week. I expressed that I wasn't looking for a freebie and showed her $700 in my wallet, I can easily pay for a couple biscuits. I just never received my entire order. I then had my wife on the phone and noted that the total was $31.48. Then the other girl recalls this order and they found the order in register. Finally, she says that she will do it this time.    Read moreMy boyfriend and I went here to get breakfast. A lady took our order. I wanted a caramel iced coffee and she did not make it as they always do. She grabbed one of the styrofoam cups instead of the plastic ones, but I thought maybe they were out of the regular ones. She filled it up from the same machine where they get the hot chocolate, which is not where they normally get it from. I tried the drink and it tasted like watery creamer. No coffee taste at all, so I am not sure what it was. We had to wait for 10 minutes in the lobby because they said my boyfriend’s chicken biscuit would take extra time.
