Arby's — Restaurant in Bardstown

Their food is good but you should have the time you can't get what you order because they don't give you what you order I've ordered that half pound Arby's roast beef sandwich several times and I have to watch make sure I get it unless they give me or else they will give you the small Arby's sandwiches in place of it I've told him several times about it and that doesn't seem to matter they just grab whatever they want especially if you're in the Drive-Thru if you're not careful you have to watch what they give you when you're in so I had to because to get it to go cuz if you get it to go like me I don't live that close to there so it's not worth the argument of me giving of going back there that night to get something different because I live so far from it but other than that I love that roast beef sandwiches but if you don't get what you want it's not worth going there so I cut way back on how I go there and when I do go there yeah I make sure I get what I want...

Whoever is running this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. We stopped by at 9pm to get food. Wanted to order inside but the lobby was already locked. So we went through the drive through. We were asked to pull up past the window and waited nearly 20 minutes for our food even though it was only 3 sandwiches and 4 orders of fries. Low and behold when we finally do get our food, one of our sandwiches is wrong. And then they expected us to get back in the drive through and wait another 20 minutes to get our food fixed. We just asked for a refund on our money back. But the lobby was locked which means the only customers they had were drive through and there is no reason for it to have taken that long. My family and I ordered dinner from this drive-thru location on Wednesday, June 8th 2022. While we waited for our food the employee (I didn't catch his name but he was so nice) at the window asked how we were doing and explained that they were short staffed and they didn't have a manager. The general manager was out sick so they were all on their own, trying to do the best that they could. Due to this they will be changing their hours, which is totally understanding and reasonable. Our food came out on time and everything was fresh and delicious. Before we ate our meal, we prayed for the employees and the general manager to get well soon.
