Prior to purchasing a bed I specifically asked if there was a return policy, the salesman answer by saying "yes, you have to sleep in it for a minimum of thirty days, after that you have a full year to return it". Right after i signed the receipt on a 4,500 dollar bed purchase i was asked to sign a acknowledgment of their exchange policy. The acknowledgment stated that it was a exchange policy for the same bed or a bed of equal or greater value. That is not at all the same as a return policy, i feel like the salesman intentionally misled me into believing i could return the bed to get the sale, then seconds after signing the receipt i was given the factual information. Once we spoke with Travis and he showed us a couple of different options, we ended up buying a completely different brand, a Kingsdown, which we had never heard of, but it was extremely comfortable. We also ended up buying another adjustable frame which we didn’t expect to do either.

My salesman, Jason, was patient and listened to me describe exactly what I wanted, and led me to to the exact mattress I had been researching.
