Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bardstown

Visiting bardstown, I haven't ordered a pizza from dominos in 30 yrs! So staying at a hotel two blocks away, I decided it should be hot and ready! Called and placed an order for two medium two topping, 13$, 6 piece wing. The guy who took the order was fine, but after discovering my cash was not near exact change, I decided to call back and order a second order of wings, bringing the total cost so the driver would make a good $10 tip! after the berating and questioning from the same guy, I asked to speak with the manager who he said was there but couldn't get to the phone.so after I got berated for being in a motel, I said forget it! Called back couple of times to get to speak with the manager and the same guy answers. Well I decided to call pizza hut and was identical in cost. Order took approximately 30 minutes, and went great! What would be the odds as we're sitting eating pizza hut ,we get a knock on the door from a dominos driver!!! Really!! After my experience on the phone,I will never entertain the thought of ordering from DOMINO'S! A shame for the tourists to Bardstown! What makes it worse, the dominos is three...

Made a purchase online, noticed my address was wrong. Called immediately afterwards.guy who answers the phone says that the address was corrected. 45 MINUTES later I call up there, it takes them 7 minutes to get to the phone.To tell me my order was just sent out the door and if it didn't get there in 15 minutes , to call back up there. (I told him I live like 10 houses away*snowing outside) I Let 30 more minutes pass and Call Back .The MANAGER says they sent it to the address I had called about the first time to change. And made it seem like it was MY FAULT that the dilevery "driver wasted his time"when they shouldn't have told me they fixed it when they didnt!. Then Give you not, after almost 2 hours later she wants to charge me for the pizzas.. We placed our order at 11:56pm, received our order number, and had our bank account charged. We waited and waited, then called the store, no answer. We tried the tracker and later saw that our order had been cancelled. They didn't have the courtesy to call and let us know that they either didn't have the time to deliver our order, made within their store hours, or to just say that they didn't feel like doing their job. The money has still been taken from our bank account and the order is listed on our account as a past order , because the workers were too sorry to be mature and make a phone call. We will be having a conversation with management in the morning and will probably go over their heads. That is completely unacceptable and rude. I'm so disappointed with this store.
