Noble Roman's Craft Pizza is a revelation. For anyone who remembers the chain from the 1990s, prepare to be amazed by the transformation. This is not your typical pizzeria; they've elevated their game to compete with heavyweights like Futuro and Malnati's, and dare I say, they might even surpass them. First and foremost, the pizza is outstanding. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The toppings are fresh and abundant, with a variety of options that can satisfy any palate. Whether you prefer a classic Margherita, a hearty meat lover's, or something more adventurous, Noble Roman's has you covered. One of the most impressive aspects is the pricing. With pizzas starting at just $7, it's an incredible value without any compromise on quality. The affordability extends to their beverage selection as well, with pints of beer starting at only $2 and bottles of wine starting at $15. This is practically unheard of, especially given the high quality of both the food and drink. Speaking of drinks, the draft beer and wine selection is extensive. There's something for everyone, whether you're a craft beer enthusiast or a wine connoisseur. This range of choices makes it a perfect spot for gatherings of all kinds, from casual nights out to more special occasions. A standout feature that sets Noble Roman's apart is their "dust and drizzle" station. This innovative concept allows you to customize your pizza with various dustings and drizzles, enhancing the flavor to your exact liking. It's a unique touch that adds a level of personalization you won't find at other pizza places. The atmosphere is another highlight. With plenty of TVs broadcasting sports, it's a fantastic place to catch a game. If you're dining with family, the staff is more than happy to switch the channel to cartoons, ensuring everyone is entertained. I'm so happy to see Noble Roman's Pizza back on top. They now deliver exceptional quality at unbeatable prices, with a welcoming atmosphere and unique touches that make the dining experience special. Whether you're a longtime fan of the brand or a newcomer, you'll be delighted by what they have to offer. This is a pizzeria that's not just keeping up with the competition; it's setting new standards.

I have been a Noble Roman’s fan since I was 15 years old on the westside of Indianapolis near the legendary Ben Davis location, (I’m now 61 years old.) However, the Greenwood Noble Romans Craft Beer & Pub will dethrone the West 10th location by being able to match the taste of the breadsticks and exceed on the pizza taste and service! I visit usually on Wednesday for the dinner hours. The manager, Tyler, is usually present on this particular day of the week. I met him on his first few days on the job a few years ago as a beginning team member. It’s been pretty cool to see him advance over time to become the manager in charge on Wednesdays when I usually stop in. He is extremely personable, friendly and knows the menu and business side as a seasoned member of many years. This Noble Romans location has phenomenal daily deals on food and bar items. Please give this Grove location a chance. You will not be disappointed!!

I was looking for new pizza to try and noticed the "Fire in the hole" pizza here, so I decided to order a large. When the price came up $27.00 I actually got excited thinking, "this thing must really slap to be that expensive." I walked in the place and there were 3 customers all drinking beer and watching TV and absolutely no pizzas being made or waiting on pickup except for mine. I started to wonder at this point. I got the pizza back home and was incredibly disappointed. Not only did it look bad, the meat was clearly overcooked, there were almost no toppings on it, it looked like a toddler cut it, and it tasted basically the same as a sausage and jalapeno from Domino's, which I would have acquired for like $10. Actually, the Domino's would have been better, to be honest and I could have gotten a ton of other things for $27. I honestly have no idea why anyone would order a pizza here. Maximum disappointment.

Was shocked it was only 430pm on a Friday & I had issues ordering only a personal pizza & a drink. They lost my online order completely & told me it had never been received by them. I immediately looked on my banking app & saw a Noble Roman's debit for the amount of my order! I showed them the debit from my bank account on my phone & that I had indeed placed an order. They finally found the receipt for my order laying next to/under the cash register that no one was attending to. Glad my order was finally found & cooked but was not impressed with this locations service. My husband was offered a free bottled drink for the hassle & having to wait an extra 15mins for the pizza to finally be cooked. All of the employees were unmotivated & looked like they had just rolled out of bed & it was almost 5pm. Had also set the order as curbside pickup, but that wasn't going to happen since they couldn't even find the order! So my husband that went to pick this up had only had knee surgery 3 weeks ago & was trying to keep from walking on it as much as possible. Also this is a sitdown pizza restaurant with a fountain machine BUT they DO NOT offer lids so you are not able to take a fountain drink to go 😱😤 They charged $2.79 for a 20oz bottle drink I could've got next door at the gas station for way less. This food was for my elderly mother in a nursing home & she was looking forward to a fountain drink but she couldn't have it because of no lids 😥 I dont know if the pizza tasted good because it was for my mom. It's also been 16hrs since I placed the online order & I still haven't received an email confirmation showing I placed the order. So much hassle for one tiny pizza & a...

The first time I came here, I was super impressed. Loved the service and fun experience with my kids. So I decided to bring a larger group here to celebrate my son and it is clear the management of this place has driven the service into the ground. This is truly one of the most atrocious experiences I've had at a restaurant. The person I talked to at the desk told us we can't sit down until we ordered. Then they got annoyed that we were standing there with a large group. Then I was told we could order from the table. Then was told I couldn't order from the table. We had to fill our own drinks, get our own plates, napkins, everything. They were significantly staffed to provide service, but clearly have made a choice to no do so. Not a single person in the kitchen was wearing beard guards or hair nets. To top it all off, they weren't capable of making a Hawaiian pizza correctly and had the audacity to try and prove me wrong by grabbing the menu and pointing out that the Hawaiian that I ordered (clearly with pineapple) and arrived with sausage instead of pineapple. The individual who I was talking with stated "I am not familiar with the pizzas." You would think someone who works at a pizza place may have some ounce of knowledge of the types of pizza they offer. There was a staff member standing behind the bar with his headphones in and watching something on his phone. This was truly the most pathetic experience ever at a restaurant. I am surprised I didn't have to cook my own pizza or wash my own dishes. Truly pathetic.

To the owner: if these were your choices, they were poor decisions with little to no focus on the customer experience. You may be in the...
