McDonald's — Restaurant in Barnegat Township

Every single time I go to this McDonalds, there is always an issue. As management at another fast food chain, I understand how it works, I get mistakes can happen. It is managements job to check and correct those issues. I am unsure of what goes on at this location, but it needs to be looked into. About three weeks ago, I came through the drive thru, ordered two snack wraps. First of all they parked me for ten minutes. I ordered one grilled with no ranch. One crispy. I got two crispy snack wraps. The grilled one wrapped as a grilled, with the grill slip on it, but with ranch and crispy. The crispy one was regular, but I received a crispy snack wrap with no ranch and no cheese. I asked for a side of honey mustard, did not receive that. So I went back around the drive thru to have my ordered corrected, as I had my two toddlers in the car with me. They again parked me for another ten minutes and assured me my ordered would be right this time. Instead of even remotely getting it corrected this time. They brought me out a large fry. Imagine my anger at this point in time. So again, went back around. The apologized again and again. Assured me it would be fixed and parked me AGAIN. Finally, they bring out two snack wraps. One grilled, no ranch. Just the way I ordered it. And the crispy one, which was supposed to be regular as I ordered it, with just ranch AND PICKLES. Not remotely correct. I promised myself I couldn’t go back around at this point. I could’ve cooked myself dinner quicker at this point in time. I was furious, they not only messed up my order once, not twice, but three times in one visit. Last night, I made the mistake of coming around to this location again. Was in the area, kids wanted McDonalds. I ordered a few items. Two hamburgers with just onions. Two cheeseburgers just onions, one small fry, one medium fry, one large fry, and a twenty piece nugget along with two drink(half sweet and half unsweetened tea and a Fanta). Well I asked for honey mustard at the speaker for my nuggets. Did not receive that. I was ordered four burgers in total, two with cheese, two without all just onions, received four hamburgers with just onions. My fries were all barely filled, I mine as well as ordered three small fries. So went inside for the honey mustard and to fix the burgers. I cannot eat ketchup. So I went inside, the grill slips were on it, stating no ketchup, no pickles, I said they just don’t have cheese on them. She took it from me, assured me they were wrapped as a cheeseburger(yellow wrapper), and then checked and agreed they should’ve had cheese. So I stood there waiting for another five minutes, I should’ve checked before I left. How foolish. There was ketchup and pickles on them. I ended up switching with my boyfriend, and he ate the normal ones, but common. Every. Single. Time. I will no longer be coming to...

UPDATE: 3 years later and this is still hands down the WORST McDonalds location I've ever been to. Every order there is a problem, every order atleast one burger is inedible. I just came home with an order, I like 3 minutes away, my burger is so cold it's hard, my fries looked days old and my kids happy meals were completely wrong.

There is a problem every single time. This time, it looks like my burger might have stuck to the grill or something, but it was mangled and in three pieces. I don't usually complain, but every time I go it's a process because I have to go back, sometimes twice, in order for them to get it right.

UPDATE: The review above is my original al review from 3 months ago. It has only gotten worse as of tonight, 11/24. After sitting for 10 minutes at the second drive-thru window, I get home(3 min drive) to find that not only are all the french fries cold and obviously old(crunchy, in that hollow, been under the heat lamp too long kind of way), but I am also missing my 6 piece nugget. I can't go back, kids are in a bed for a few minutes now and I'm by myself.

I don't normally expect much from McDonald's because one shouldn't, but I can't justify ever returning to this...

Dont ever go to this Mcdonalds if u use Sweet & Sour Sauce like how others use ketchup bcuz they wont even sell u the xtra ones u need..For instance I went in there couple mths ago & ordered 2 Large Frie, 20 Nuggetz & 2 Big Macs to go for my 2 sisters & I.. Meanwhile none of us would eat from there if they didn't have Sweet & Sour but when I ordered they ask if u want any sauces n I said yea 6 Sweet & Sour Plz..The kid said sure no problem n when I picked up my ordered 2min later I asked if the sauces were in the bag n he said yea 6 right? So I thanked him n went home to find just 3 sauces in the bag with all the food I ordered...Only reason im leaving a review now is bcuz this is ongoing now with that Mcdonalds...U know what they say when u bring ur food back n flip out..They say we can only give sauces with the chix nuggetz..I said but u told me that u put that many in the bag n they just say that so theres no arguments in there..Having somebody drive all the way home to find out they have no ketchup with there food is...
