I just realized that there was a response to me leaving just a one star review so I figured I'd explain myself.
First of all, I do not work for Luigi's pizza anymore. I helped them out temporarily and they have the same exact problems as this restaurant does so I left there as well. The Pizzerias in town are a Sham and an embarrassment in my opinion. I was a previous employee but was never fired at all. I stopped showing up after trying my best to make the freshest food possible for this establishment. The place was an absolute joke where customers as well as former employees were always talked negatively about. It's a high school drama filled restaurant filled with a bipolar hot head boss that I personally dealt with. Nice awesome guy but when that switched turned he became an irrational arrogant liar to justify his awful thinking. Any alcohol ever consumed was strictly agreed upon by the owner and we (the owner and I) drank together along with other employees thru my time there. Most of the food was frozen and or not made properly. Soups were frozen jokes.. all dinner offerings frozen (lasagna, stuffed shells, etc).. fried foods frozen.. all just simply resold and reheated from restaurant Depot or distributors mixed and or made with a house made sauce. There was absolutely nothing authentic or made fresh except for the pizza and other several items. Don't believe me? Try the french onion soup. The cook Chris was a clueless clown and makes french onion soup in minutes when a correct fresh soup is made in hours. No one except myself knew how to properly emulsify pasta sauces offered on the menu. My one star review is strictly for the food rating and customer service towards customers. Look at Yelp yourself and the negative reviews fall in line with my experience as both an employee and someone who ate food there. Many fake or family related positive reviews as well on websites to counteract the negative ones. If getting reheated frozen foods from loads of things on the menu is your thing with a good chance of poor customer service, have at it.

I do not single out any restaurant based on anything except horrible food. Anything else that is sad based on anyone's opinion is a complete fallacy. When a restaurant buys frozen food from a distributor and decides to resell that same exact food to the public it creates an unauthentic menu based on comparison to local pizzerias in the area that do the same exact thing. As an example mozzarella sticks from two different pizzerias in this town may actually be the same exact mozzarella sticks there is absolutely nothing authentic about this situation. The food is not made in-house by the restaurant it's bought FROZEN. Most of the food wasn't fresh but frozen And resold sold as such. For the owner or anyone in this establishment to think that this practice in this industry deserves a 5-sta ratingr is completely oblivious to reality and completely oblivious to how a successful restaurant should run based on authentic fresh Italian food. Get a grip guys. If you spend more time on your food being fresh and less time replying to my reviews maybe your restaurant would be better. You should just sell your pizza Frozen while you're at it... it'll match the rest of the food that I personally made at your...
Read moreSo disappointed As a first time customer, I wanted to try a couple of things that I thought should be easy for them. So I ordered a calzone with meatball, a small eggplant parm sandwich, and a small chicken parm sandwich. I tried the eggplant parm first, the eggplant itself wasn't bad but they were very chintzy on the cheese, the sandwich was dry because there was very little sauce on it and the bread was tough. I don't know about you but I expect the bread to be soft on the inside and crispy on the outside from them having put it in the oven to melt the cheese. It was not. Then I tried the chicken parm sandwich. The chicken was so thin it was like a thick deli cut. Could they not afford to actually put a good cutlet in there for the money that they charge they should. And again there wasn't enough sauce or cheese. As to the calzone, it looked beautiful. Then we cut into it and I'm not even sure there was any mozzarella in it there was very little ricotta cheese and the meatballs look like they sliced it on a slicer pretty thin probably only one meatball and then to cut it up and dispersed it onto this large calzone. But the thing that I disliked the most about the calzone aside from there was hardly any cheese inside of it it was overly salted like somebody with a heavy hand just threw a whole bunch of salt in there. I'm really disappointed I was hoping to find a new place that I could get some really good food for my family and myself. This is not to say that there isn't something that they make that's delicious, but I will never know because I think I spent enough money on things that should have been easy enough to make. I won't waste my time or my...
Read moreI was probably one of the 1st customers to enter this restaurant....The owner was very friendly and even gave garlic knots as an extra bonus on my order...This was a few years back when it was a pleasant place to go for lunch and an easy place to order for Sunday football games. Recently the owner has not been on site and the young staff he has running the place has been awful. I tried placing an order 2 weeks ago and was put on hold for ten minutes...when the rude kid that answered finally got on the phone I asked what the specials were, to which he replied there werent any????? Today I called after seeing a 2 pizza for 14.99 special on the website they have and after the rude little girl told me she had no idea what I was talking about I asked her to ask the manager....after a lengthy wait she told me he said they dont honor that any more?????WELL THAN TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE MARCO!!!!! I will never go to ESPOSITOS AGAIN....Maybe if the owner gets the place to where it used to be I would consider but until than...
