The girl who I spoke with over the phone to place my order was so nice, and the food was delicious! I have been looking for a good Chinese food place since we moved to barnegat in June, and this will now be our place! Everyone who worked there was so nice, and all of the food was so, so good! Full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and the portions are great!! The larger size of the lomein was enough for 3 people and we had enough left to share for lunch the next day! We ordered veggie lomein, and it had so many vegetables, compared to the three other places I had tried that had almost nothing… they had a perfect amount of sauce, too! The general tsou’s chicken was perfect as well, flavorful and they don’t use tempura which I love, it’s crispy and so good! Must have passed this place a thousand times and never saw it. Hidden away in a corner of a nondescripts. Strip mall along rt. 9. The food was awesome. They are only open for takeout because of the virus and they practice social distancing, with no person to person contact. We had the hot and sour soup that was full of mushrooms and tofu and quite a bit of heat, just like we like it. One of the best renditions we’ve ever had, and the absolute best in south Jersey. Excellent lunch here today. Had a lunch special that included jumbo shrimp with baby corn in a medium spicy curry sauce, pork fried rice and a can of coke. Rice had great flavor and texture, shrimp were crunchy and made perfectly. The sauce was completely on point and even the can of soda was very cold. Overall was excellent. I switched over to here recently from Foo Ho who used to be my go to Chinese place. The customer service and attitudes there are horrible and personally as a cook in this industry, I recommend to all the locals a switch here to China Inn for pleasant service and great food made...
