Dunkin' — Restaurant in Barnstable

I go to this location maybe a handful of times a year. Last 3 times I went there there was some major issues with wait time and staff understanding the customers. Today I waited 20 minutes for mobile order I put in 7 minutes prior to walking in and waiting the 20. My slip was sitting on the counter and finally someone said something to the person making food and all she said is she already made it. 5 minutes later 2nd employee tells her to make the order.. she still doesn't. This Dunkin is something else, like one said if you like watching people work in slow motion and not fully listen to their customers orders before them finishing is very irritating, I try to explain my coffee clearly every time I go here in the am before work and somehow one ingredient is always off with my coffee , they should really stop repeating everything the customer is saying as they are saying it and just listen to them before reading anything back to see if they got it correctly. Literal worst Dunkin’ Donuts on cape. Slow, rude, unapologetic, give you the wrong coffee every single time. It’s written on the cup!!! How hard is this?!
