Chicago Pizza Authority — Restaurant in Barrington Township

Finally a true Chicago pizza. Originally tried the stuffed with sausage and green peppers. It reminded us of Nancy's from Chicgo before they franchised. Not a lot of meat; if heavy meat is what you want order extra meat. It was nearly perfect; could have used a tablespoon or so of extra sauce. Last might was had thin sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic. Crust nice and thin lightly crispy, sausage juicy and delicious and perfect, garlic perfect and not overpowering, green peppers cooked perfectly for flavor and texture. I am a cheese lover and it could have used a tad more cheese for me but husband found it perfect. I love CPA and happy we have a true Chicago-worthy pizzeria; their pizza could rival actual Chicago pizzerias where competition weeds out...

This is by far my go to pizza place for any occasion. The pan pizza and their Chicago Deep Dish are great picks. Not only is the pizza exceptional, but their other options are great too. The spaghetti and meat sauce is a great “non-pizza” pick for me. Along with their Cheesy Beef Sandwich. So you know the place has good variety, without compensating for taste (Theres a lot more than what i listed, the menu is filled with goodies). Which is a great plus for this place! The service is what it’s supposed to be. The place makes fresh food to be delivered or handed to you in about 25-30 minutes depending on what and how much you order. Very good pizza, also got a cheesy beef and mosticello alforno and caesar salad. All was very good and seemed fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend and will be our new go to for pizza, pasta and beef sandwiches from now on. Also, ordered several times since and catered a few trays, baked mosticello, penne broccoli (broccoli was a bit over done and mushy but not too bad still) and Caesar salad, garlic bread and chicken tenders…..all food was delicious and customer service was awesome placing order and online ordering was easy too with a coupon we found.
