Dunkin' — Restaurant in Barrington Township

Simple order messed up and they weren't even busy. I came in for a French vanilla iced coffee after walking in +80° weather, hoping for a sweet, cold caffeine run but was extremely disappointed.

I ordered a large French vanilla iced coffee, extra French vanilla with cream and sugar. I also asked for light ice. I was given a large coffee with half the cup filled with ice. I told them that I had asked for light ice and the employee took my cup. When she gave it back it had light ice.... But now it tasted like she had just dumped the ice out and filled up the rest with water. I didn't want to give it to them to fix again so I walked out. I was already across the street after I shook up the drink (because all the sugar usually sits at the bottom) and noticed there was no sugar in the drink nor did it say that I had wanted sugar on the sticker, even though the employee is the one who asked me if I had wanted cream and sugar and I had said "Yes, cream and sugar please." I'm extremely disappointed.

Every time I come here the same dark car is parked in front of the side door blocking the little on-ramp. If someone in a wheelchair were to visit they'd have no ramp to get into...

Worst Dunkin ever. Will never go there again. If I could, I would give them zero stars. I ordered A strawberry sprinkle donut and a chocolate sprinkle donut for my kids and they gave me a strawberry sprinkle but chocolate frosted donut instead. When I told them that they gave me the wrong donut they said that was what I ordered. I said that was not what I ordered and then they said that they don't make mistakes. Eventually they finally gave me the right donut with attitude. I am never going here again. I also saw them argue with a customer on a different day because they charged him for two sandwiches instead of one and they refused to refund his money but gave him a coffee instead. The donuts and the bagel were stale. I even brought the bagel home and tried to use a wet paper towel wrapped around it to soften it in the microwave, but it only made it worse. Our family Sunday dinner is a block away; for the last three weeks, we tried to get bagels and donuts for our morning coffee and found them getting worse; we will be going to a bakery from now on; the kids like the name Dunkin, but we have to get some value for our money.
