Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Barrington Township

This is the best Rosati’s for service, delivery, being on time and the Pizza is amazing! We had our daughters 1st and 3rd birthday party this past weekend. I called 4 days in advance to place my order. The day of we decided to reduce our order due to cancellations. They said no problem at all and completed our order. I told them I needed it by 1:15. She had a hard time finding the building. And that was totally MY FAULT for not informing them which building it was. She still went out of the way and walked in to the first building asking where she should be delivering to. Our 6 XL pizzas and 2 smalls pizza were to us by 1:20. Perfect timing! I did not have my phone on me. So when the party was over, I looked at my I saw she called me at 12:54! She looked for just about 25 minutes and was 20 minutes early! I felt terrible! But she was fantastic! Next the pizza! We use to live in Pingree. And the thin crust was thick and salty!! This pizza was thin and delicious. To the point I had family members asking where it was from because it was delicious. Days later I had another individual comment on the pizza. The funny thing was some family members had just had Rosati’s from a different location the weekend before and didn’t recognize that this was Rosati’s! Garbage service, I've ordered a pizza and when they delivered it wasn't even the pizza that i ordered. Right away I've called and complained about it and they told me that either I can keep the pizza and get $10 credits towards my next pizza and just eat whatever was delivered and I said fine. Few weeks later I call back to order a pizza and when I went online that same pizza I tried to order is a different prize than what they told me over the phone which got me frustrated. Asked to speak to a manager and of course that's not an option so I said no problem go ahead and put my order in regardless and add my $10 credit whicthey said there is no credit in the system! Go figure NO manager! No credit, No way to price mach their online prices even though tge girl said she went on the website and confirmed that the prizes were different from what they are coming up with in their system. THIS IS HONESTLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE HAD AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! ...

I’m originally from the NW Chicago area. Rosatis in Schaumburg was a staple in my home. I loved it so much my buddies would prank me with pickup orders that had anchovies and I’d plow that pie. I moved to LA over 10 yrs ago. Needless to say the pizza there is not up to snuff. So I just day dream of Chicago tavern style and the occasional deep dish pie. I come home every now and again and Rosatis is a must. Always great, but I got a hot tip from a local gym teacher that Barrington’s was the bees knees. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. This was one of the best pies I’ve ever had. I dropped to my knees and weeped over the extra cheese and perfect sausage balls I was delivered today. Don’t even think twice….call this Rosatis and get ready to feel warm and fuzzy inside. This pie slaps. Thank you Rosatis of Barrington. I can die...
