Tried to look the menu over as the only car in the drive thru and was asked every 10 seconds to take our order. Pull up and pay then told to park in the front and had to wait over 10 minutes for our order. Meanwhile people that pulled up after us got served and left. Employee comes out with food and we decided to eat it while it's hot. We began to eat our 2 spicy potato tacos but they were missing the sauce on them and the flour tortillas were crunchy. I called since the dining room is closed and now one would answer the phone. Finally a guy sweeping the lot came up and we got his attention and told him about the issue and he said he would tell the cook. Several minutes passed and we saw the employee that brought out our food because the car next to us had their order messed up so we called her over. We explained the two spicy potato tacos we ordered were completely missing the sauce that flour tortillas were crunchy and that I had been trying to call the whole entire time but nobody answers. The employee takes what's left of my husband's taco that he didn't finish to show proof that there was no sauce inside comes back out few minutes later and says "here's your taco back" and "there's nothing that we can do about it because you ate it you ate almost all of it". My husband has never had that taco and seeing how it just came back on the menu once again he decided to try it and was dissatisfied mainly because it was missing an ingredient that is supposed to be on the taco. I was so hungry I just ate it but it was bland and crunchy and we simply were trying to get somebody's attention the dining room is closed and locked they don't answer the phone and the drive-thru had many cars ordering. The lady walked away to help somebody else and as my husband was getting ready to leave I said did you get her name so he called her over when she heard that she was being called over she rolled her eyes and came up with a really bad attitude "what now?" my husband asked for her name she asked why then said Giselle and stated that he was going to call corporate and lodge a complaint mainly because of her attitude and the way she handled everything. The guy who said he was going to tell the cook came out and said that you was going to bring out tacos but my husband did not want to stay and wait for those tacos because he didn't want them to be tampered with. I feel as if they handled this all wrong it was 2 $1tacos they made a mistake they should have replaced it and yes they're only a $1 but when you order something and it is not the thing that you ordered or is done incorrectly the easiest and best solution would to be say sorry and replace the item that was messed up. Instead we got nothing but attitude eyes rolling, and shity service. Luckily that wasn't the only food we ordered and the rest didn't taste is bad. I did that tell the Bell experience and I called the customer service corporate number to lodge a complaint. I don't care if you're having a bad day you never act like that especially since we didn't give any attitude just addressed an issue. We were simply stating the order was wrong and we've been trying to get somebody's attention and you guys don't answer the phone. The supposed general manager was in there and if she was actually a decent general manager she would have came out and address the issue the fact that she didn't just means that she's a...
Read moreI came in for a quick snack after charging my car. There was only one other person besides me. I ordered from the kiosk a super beefy nacho and large soda. What i received was nothing like the picture on the menu. Maybe they should have used a smaller box. Because i open it and half the box is empty. There is about 10 chips layed out and plenty of sour cream and a to acacado, both very fresh. The problem comes with the cheese and honestly it could have had more meat since it's called super beefy nacho. But definitely needed more cheese. The single layer chips only had some cheese in the center and not all of them even had cheese. So i went to the counter and asked if i could please have the cheese that should be on my nacho. The very young man said sure but i will have to charge you for it. I said i paid for my nacho to have cheese and frankly it doesn't even cover half the chips which was nothing like the picture. I said fine you can expect a bad review. I sat back down and said no this is ridiculous and asked for the manager. She overhead my first conversation so she walked up and said she is the one who made it. So i said would you like for me to bring it to the counter she said no. She put one pump on and that's how much goes on it. I said it doesn't even cover the chips. I don't usually even complain but i been on the road and i been eating out every meal and i like Taco Bell and it's been the one place i have not eaten this week and was looking forward to my go to fast food. But this was honestly not even warm and i have been in customer sevice my whole life and the way that i would have handled would be to have smiled and handed the customer a little bit of cheese in a cup. That's much better than getting a one star review. Had that happened i could have said how professional it was handled. For a quarters worth of cheese, just a quarter of the little cups they use which is very little this review would be much different. As i walked out the door at 11am i said have a nice day to the young man cleaning the tables then i said maybe this is why you don't have any customers. I'm sorry but this was handled all wrong and I'm going to hope the manager just doesn't have experience. I can afford to buy all the cheese i want but the point was i did just pay for nachos which the name says cheese in it's name but of all the ingredients cheese was the smallest amount. I don't like leaving bad reviews responding especially if i only been there once, i believe every person and every business can have a bad day. But this was an easy fix and i can only hope that the manager learns that sometimes it's just a small amount of cheese to keep a customer happy. As I'm still standing there writing this review they're still is no other customers. I hope that changes for this place i really do. Anyway that's my review I'm not going to say i don't recommend it just be sure you check your food...
Read moreI used to love this place, the service was excellent, the food was great, I even tipped the employees when I went there. However yesterday's experience was the last time coming here for me. My crunchwrap was dry, folded wrong to the point where it fell apart, and there was nothing inside of it. I politely asked for a remake. I was immediately talked to very rudely by a kitchen staff member, and the manager. I ignored it on the hopes that I could grab my food and go when it was remade instead the line cook went back into the kitchen and started yelling at me what he was doing step by step to make the food. When he started yelling it at me is when I said no I just want a refund now. The manager was rude to me but processed the refund. I also told her something was wrong with a soda in the machine there was no flavor for the drink and she told me nothing is wrong with the drinks. Ok well did you check that? I used to work at Taco bell a few years ago just go in the back and check the soda box and make sure the line is still pulling flavor. Of course I didn't tell her that I just let her think she was right and then I left and went somewhere else for a quick meal. I used to enjoy this place for quick food, now I'm not coming...
