Burger King — Restaurant in Bartlesville

their service was trash, i had to ask for my burger because it took 20 minutes and people that went in after me were getting their food before me. i went up to the counter and they asked me what i bought, and then they proceeded to finally make my food, i get my food and it has nothing on it except a tiny amount of ketchup and they didn’t put ketchup on my friends burger, i go up and ask for new burgers and they rolled their eyes and made 2 more burgers, i go and eat my burgers because i have no time due to them not remembering my order, i ask for a fork for my hershey pie and they gave me one and i said thank you and they said nothing, and then to see if they even hear me i said “you have a nice day” and they still ignored me. point of my story is that these people aren’t friendly and they rudely serve you. the only reason i gave it 2 stars is because the hershey pie was hella good but still upset about...

The place probably has a low review in general, due to the fact you have a MANAGER that doesn't know how to manage. A Manager isn't supposed to yell and curse at employees. When you see other customers not paying and leaving to check on an employee in tears, when they whiteness the manager lashing out at everyone..... Higher-ups need to handle the situation and get someone that knows how to manage properly and can handle all the tasks required. I will not be going back to this location. What was done, was totally uncalled for. Yet, I doubt anything will be done about the incident. The manager needs some lessons on how to address any issues with the employees and needs some self improvement if they're to remain in that position. Wow, I used to really enjoy Burger King. Today was horrible. It has been a while since I have been to one, but after today I likely won't return. I order a quarter pounder and recieved the wrong sandwich. I was hungry, so I just kept what I had. It was about the most tasteless burger I have had, and the ketchup they had on it might have been turning. The burger was luke warm and had no flame broiled taste, or even look for that matter. My wife order a whopper jr. which was just as tasteless. We then decided to order chicken nuggets. While they weren'ttasteless, they were close to it and what tastes they had wasn't good, maybe even a bit undercooked. I hope this isn't the way the chain is now.
