The drive thru service was horrible. Here’s why: Every other chic file a employee was busy with another car, and the only one left was this blonde girl who looked like she really didn’t want to be there in the first place. When she took our order she rolled her eyes because she had to serve someone. (I’m assuming that’s why she rolled her eyes, why else would she??) We ignored the attitude and when we wished her a good day she didn’t say anything but turned on her heel and went straight to her friend. For one my dad ownes his own business in town, this is not good customer service etiquette. However it gets better, when finally pulling up to the drive thru a male employee was asking if the food he had was for my friend, WHILE already handing us the food. When I reached for it, keep in mind I hadn’t had a chance to say anything yet. He pulled the bag out of my hand, repeating himself. So that’s another issue. He was quick to defend himself claiming other people just grab the food and go without saying anything. I do not care if people grab the bag and drive off without confirming first. As an employee who’s experienced that you should probably think before acting and ask before handing the food over. I do not care for something to be ripped out of my hand. Read moreI want to start by saying this review isn’t against the employees that were working and interacting at the front counter area or about the condition of the facilities. This is against the managerial team that I saw today. I came in to order during lunch rush. Counter was extremely busy which is expected. While waiting I was looking around and saw various employees with Manager/Director on their name tags, possibly on break, but seemingly ignorant to the rush of people and not helping the front counter area to process orders, fill drinks, etc. This isn’t the first time that I’ve noticed this happen either. I’m writing this in hopes that someone above those people or someone that can have a change occur. Read moreI don’t know what is going on with service here. I haven’t ever had issues before but on my last two orders there were a significant number of items missing from my bags. I have been offered credits to my mobile app but then I’m still stuck with kids not having food until I either waste 20 min driving back to the restaurant or ordering delivery which costs way more. The person on the phone is nice but can’t help me because it’s the lunch rush and they’re too busy. I understand that but it doesn’t make me feel like the restaurant really cares about my issue. I love chick fil a but I’m definitely not excited about ordering from here again any time soon!
