Hobby lobby has good, but not quality-consistent crafting materials. This location has mediocre customer service. I requested a rain check for yarn 1.5 months ago, and received a call today that it was in stock. I explained that I had to go to a Tulsa location for the material, and the Hobby Lobby representative's only response was "okay, thank you".

I rarely shop here for political reasons. I was in a bind to create a gift basket for a very special mortgage loan officer. She would appreciate a basket from Hobby Lobby, spa items from Bath and Body Works, and a bottle of wine. I knew the only place that had a selection of choices, and Hobby Lobby met my needs, including the "stuffing" for the basket. They had the right color! It's Hobby Lobby, overpriced, very clean, very specialized. I only go here when I have to and usually that's after I've exhausted every other place in town. Since they got rid of the 40% off coupon, I visit there much less. I think that was a mistake to get rid of the 40% off coupon when all they do is try to make up for it with sales on different sections of the store every week.
