My review was deleted because it was not positve I've been a customer for 20 years. This was the worst experience I've had at a Lenny's restaurant. On this past Saturday I ordered & paid for 3 sandwiches. After I left I noticed that one sandwich was missing. I assumed it was my mile high turkey sandwich because when I opened the square styrofoam box only lettuce, tomato & onion were in there. When I returned the mgr (Naomi) was acting as if I was being dishonest & I NEVER got an apology from her or the other staff. Once I finally made it home I realized it was not the turkey sandwich missing it was the chicken salad sandwich. I called the mgr and explained that I have 2 turkey sandwiches & a chicken philly instead of 1 turkey, 1 chicken salad & 1 chicken philly. One of the turkeys should have been a chicken salad. I told her that I just brought my mom home from the hospital and that is what my mom wanted. I also, told her that I could not make it back to the store before they closed for the night. I asked if I could return the turkey sandwich the next day so I could get the chicken salad sandwich. She said the best she could do is give me half price on a chicken salad sandwhich which was absurd because I'd already paid for one but never got it.    Read moreTerrible customer service and rude General manager Naomi. She will cut you off and not let you speak and overcharges for what should be included on your order. I ordered two Philly cheesesteak salads and they were not made properly. The salad bowl was 50% full and missing toppings and nothing was chopped up finely. Naomi wants to put the blame on the shift lead Cameron who actually make all his customers food properly. I even paid for more meat and it all wasnât made properly, I had to take my salads home and cut them up and add the missing toppings. Naomi then calls my phone and is rude over talking me and using every excuse for her actions. $30 dollars down the drain. Unless you all know Cameron the shift lead for the properly made food good luck. Make sure you ask for the Cameron special so you can get the appropriate food and the correct amount that you pay. Watch out for Naomi as she is defensive and never says sorry. The pictures are below were made by Cameron.    Read moreYesterday, I had the most TERRIBLE experience at Lennys on Stage RD, and I will NOT return to this location! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a order online yesterday, picked it up and returned home to find out that I did not receive the order that I placed. I called the store and spoke with Namoi explaining to her that my Southwest Chicken Sub only had meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomatoes, bacon that is advertised on the website. Nor the mayo and oregano that I added to the sandwich. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. My veggie sub was missing lettuce, and jalapenos. If the restaurant is unable to provide customers with the product in which we pay for, there should have been some type of communication, refund, or discount. Namoi did explained that the store was out of a few items, yet as stated, this information should have been communicated when the order was picked up. After explaining this, Namoi stated "I don't know what you want me to do ma'am, you can call my General Manager." RIDICULOUS! I am unsure who the General Manager is, yet I would love it if he/she could give me a call about this matter.
