Went in here, looking for a device to vape Salt Nic. The older gentleman working there sold me an RPM Device that would not take anything other than a .23 mesh coil. He insisted that that would work for salt nic And I found out the hard way that it won’t because in order to vape salt nic, You generally have to be in the .8 to 1.2 ohm range. When I asked him about this device, only running below 1.0 ohms, he said that he had never heard of homes and didn’t know what I was talking about, but insisted this device would work at .23. Well it doesn’t. It chokes you, gags you and burns your throat so bad that you cannot use the device. When I tried to take it back, he wouldn’t return it and simply told me that I was stuck with it. Even though he is supposed to be the expert that works in the store that sold me a device that won’t work for what I need it for. How can you work in a vape shop and sell coils and not know what ohms are? Do not go here and I will never go here again. Wasted $70 and he tried to sell me a replacement device for the one that he sold me that would not work for what he said it...

I saw the reviews of the establishment and assume that this was a great place to buy vapes however I was wrong. The representative of this establishment was very rude and provided very poor customer service to my siblings, and myself. After asking for my brothers identification, which he saw when provided , he looked at the wrong date & instead of admitting to his mistakes he deflected , by making fun of my siblings. Which is very unprofessional during the attempt we had lost $100 , & instead of helping us look for it they stood by & didn’t help at all , he was literally hitting his vape & smiling , as if he was mocking. Was in the area and needed a new disposable vape so I stopped by this shop. The guy working (I’m not sure if he was the owner or not) was so kind and offered me a sweet tea and crackers because I dropped my phone and wallet and after apologizing I mentioned I hadn’t eaten all day so my brain was a little foggy. I kept mentioning I was going to Firehouse Subs a few doors down, but he insisted i take them. That was so sweet of him to do that for me. I lost my grandfather yesterday, so of course I got a little emotional after getting in the car after. You never know what people are going through and a small act of kindness really goes a long way.
