First, place deserves one star maybe half since there was ONE outstanding employee Alexa C. When I got in there she was pleasant, quick and she was handling business for the front as cashier, and the pizza getting out the oven ready for the customer. Kudos to her, it was busy when I got in!
Alexa had no help…and when I say no help, I mean not a soul in site and she obviously wouldn’t mind the help. Still Alexa was hanging in there. I ordered my pizza and paid. I waited outside in my car a bit and came back in pizzas still weren’t ready, mind you it wasn’t a big order, and the store slowed down. By then I saw what appeared to be a grumpy manager by the name of Leia C., very rude not pleasant and I guess appeared upset she had to help Alexa…Alexa needed to use the restroom.
During those few minutes I observed Leia handling the front, had customers wait quite a while. While she counted money. She went on the floor a few times came back up. She then told about 3+ customers a simple hot and ready would take 30+ minutes. None were made. Potential customers just left. Leia then went to the pizzas, no gloves, no washing of the hands and started messing with her hair, touching all over her face and still handling some pizzas. This was my sign and I still didn’t take it. She then rudely told another employee which I never saw but heard a female voice she needed some type of breadsticks. The employee said they were there ready, and Leia said rudely again she was telling her so she can have them ready for her because she needed help (Alexa needed help to and finally got it so she could go to the restroom). Leia again touched her face and now proceeded to scratch her scalp a few times while handling the pizza. I also then noticed a very brown dirty bottle she was using that appeared to have melted butter. Guys this was my order. This was my sign! I asked for a refund, Leia was rude once again. No surprise. She then offered the pizza I had touched to someone else, she appeared to know him and proceeded to make me wait for my refund. The box wasn’t just dirty because of the oil, it was dirty. I won’t be going back. I’ve given this place a try about 3 times and every-time it’s been a no go, but I’ve always ordered online. This place needs retraining of all staff and a health inspection. I would advise that a General manager or someone higher up review your cameras as your employees were not following safe food handling. Touching things, playing on their phones, carrying on and then touching food. This is a health code violation and on top of all of this going on; I come in to get my order and was advised it was not ready. They did not have time for on line orders. I will wait until they have time to do it the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I really don't understand how y'all have staff who treats your customers so poorly. When asked to speak to a manager I was told there is no managers at this location.I have my receipt number 348923 the mobile order was 054. I finally got upset after I was told that there was no managers in this store and nobody that would assist me. That being on the phone with this person's child was more important then making the food for the customers in your store. While handling food with no gloves on. I just wanted a refund and that I would call corporate on them and the health department. I would appreciate it if these employees got further training or are disciplined for their actions it is bad for business. Especially when you had several customers walk out your doors due to watching the employees messing with things playing around and then touching food with no gloves on. They were not washing there hand or wearing g gloves. Something needs to change before your customers end up with food poisoning. Read moreCalled in a to-go order for some pizza. I ordered things crust pepperoni, thin crust five meat feast, crazy bread with marinara and 2 orders of wings. I was told the location didnt have wings so I didn't order them. Upon arriving, I asked if I could order wings along with my order due to seeing wings in their warmer. I drove all the way back home just to find out the five meat was a cheese pizza and I didnt receive marinara. called back and was on hold for about 10 mins. After waiting and waiting I hung up the phone and called back while i drove up to the little ceasars. I walked in with wrong pizza in hand and explained my situation. I was told that they would remake it for me and i handed the wrong pizza back. As I'm waiting for the correct pizza, I'm still on the phone calling the location and you can hear the phone ringing and ringing while one employee stands at the front register, two other employees are making pizzas and one employee standing at the back door of the store with the door half way open and leaning on the entry way smoking a CIGARETTE!!!!!!! All while the phone is ringing and ringing. Not a care it the world for customer service. After thinking about it, the first time I called in, I was redirected to a call center and not the store.
