I brought my dog in while looking for allergy and dewormer supplies. Sam greeted us and was so welcoming that my pup was taking toys out of the box she was stocking from. Which we ended up buying. Not normally the toys I get him cause he'll destroy it, but that's okay cause we'll just be back sooner for new ones. Sarah came back from helping another customer and gave my pup some love. Sam showed her where his itchy spot was and that was the reminder I needed to ask about allergy treatments. What followed was a master class in product knowledge and customer needs. We segwayed into dewormer treatments that I had mentioned. A couple of customers were also looking for similar products and listened in and Sarah effortlessly addressed everyone's questions for different needs. In the conversation I was asked about needs for flee and tick prevention. I expressed I've only ever had success with the prescription products, to which I was invited to the weekend clinics. When I was checking out I saw Rae juggle multiple customer questions while checking out other customers and offering assistance that felt like above and beyond. Rae chatted with me about her own pup while giving mine a treat. Absolutely nothing but genuine humans beings who pinpointed my needs and exceeded them without treating me like a corporate opportunity that so many soulless retailers push. Half of this survey annoyed me for the level of corporate upselling that insults and annoys the customers. Read moreONE HOUR CANCELLATION ON ORDERS PLACED ONLINE!!! If I could rate them a "0" I would. My husband and I went into their store to buy a tree splitter, a store associate directed us to buy it online due to the item needing to be shipped because it couldn't be transported more than 45mph (something to do with barrings) We communicated we needed the equipment ASAP and still were told the best option was to order online. We order the equipment online. Due to covid/winter storm we waited almost a month for the delivery. There was an original delivery date and time but once this past there was no information on tracking. We called Tractor supply numerous times to get updates and we were told they were waiting on the vendor and they couldn't give us an estimated time frame.The delivery was an additional charge. During this wait we called another store which told us we would buy directly from the store. We called Tractor supply back and attempted to cancel the order because we had no idea when it was going to be shipped and were informed that we could not cancel the order because we had to cancel within an hour of placing the order. The order had not been shipped nor processed and despite our issues they were not willing to cancel the order. TO TOP IT OFF WHEN they came to deliver, the delivery driver called me to tell me that he WOULD NOT BE COMING IN MY DRIVE and would be leaving the order on the side of the road which is what happened!! so we paid for delivery and still had to find a solution to move the heavy equipment from off the side of the road onto...
Read moreI call the tractor supply store in Bastrop tx looking for 4 over the tire straps and Melissa said she would pull them from the shelf, so I drove 55 minutes to that specific location to purchase the items. I arrived, walked into the store to find that all of the employees were talking amongst themselves. I found Melissa and asked if she had the straps and she looked like she saw a ghost. She paused and said, I just put those back on the shelf, which meant she forgot to grab them. With out a word she started walking. I asked what she is doing. She grabbed a cart and walked to the back of the store ignoring my question. She walked to the section where the straps were and said I was lucky that the straps were still there. She placed the straps in the basket and said here. I walked up front to pay. I waited at the register and a new employee was there, she greeted me nicely and then the store manager came up to her and asked her a question about the previous customers like I wasn’t there.
