I came in yesterday to pickup some catalog items. When I couldn't find a particular item I interupted a couple employees that were chit-chatting and was told that the item was sold out. I looked up in dismay to wait for the employee to finish explaining and was met with a very aggresive "EXCUSE ME"? I responded "I didn't say anything. I'm looking at you to finish your explanation." She proceeded to tell me that they did not receive a shipment on Tuesday and were out of many coupon items. I asked if she meant that this item was sold out if I didn't find it in that area or if she knew it was sold out for sure. She rudely said "I just told you I'm doing inventory, I know for sure it's sold out".
When I went to pay I asked the incredibly helpful cashier to check to see if the item was in stock and sure enough it was.
There happened to be another employee there who (without being asked) went and grabbed it for me.
After paying I asked for the nasty employees name and was told she was a manger. 🤔🙄
Great.
If you have people like this leading a crew it's only a matter of time before the crew becomes infected with that...
Read moreWhat a fantastic shopping experience. When we walked in not only were we greeted, but we were also asked if we needed help finding anything. Having ice cream in the truck on a very hot Texas day I couldn't pass up the option to get what we needed quickly so I asked the associate to point us in the direction of our needed tool. Paul was quick to find it, recommend one that he liked, and it helped that the price of what we were looking at was literally 1/5 of the price at Home Depot. We grabbed what we needed and Paul checked us out quickly, all while applying a coupon for us, getting our information in case of loss of the receipt, letting us know about the 90 day warranty and above all striking up a conversation that brightened our day. Cannot recommend this store more, the customer service was just impeccable and our experience was just what we needed...
Read moreRude staff not attentive at the register and when I pulled my club card she did not even see it until the end and then she scolded me about not having it when I first give her my number and the whole time she wasn't even paying attention to me well I'm doing my business she was paying attention to the other side and the other customers that was already being waited on total disrespect and she acted like she was put out because she had to help us because the line was backing up and we were the next ones in line this is the second incident and the second time I've been to this location in the same thing has happened with the same lady she either needs to be written up or fired because she has no customer service and she's on the register I hope other people have not had to deal with this paper situation and a better...
