Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Batavia Township

We ordered from Marco’s today just as our area was experiencing some less than stellar winter weather. We had hoped that we ordered early enough to avoid putting anyone in danger, but unfortunately we thought wrong. About 25 minutes after receiving the notification that our order was out for delivery, we received a call from our delivery driver letting us know he was in a ditch on the road leading to our house. He kept ensuring that our order would be there as soon as they could - meanwhile, I’m just feeling awful that we even put someone at risk just for us to eat dinner! We texted him a few minutes later asking for his Venmo so we could still tip him. Just a few minutes after that, he said he had gotten a tow and was back on his way. I’m sorry - what?! You were just in a ditch and rather than saying “screw this,” he hopped right back to work. My wife ran outside to meet him at his car so he didn’t have to navigate anymore slippery surfaces, and he STILL offered to carry everything to our front door (she refused to let him). Oh, AND - our pizza was still piping hot! So, to our driver who’s name I unfortunately didn’t catch, thank you. This Marco's is excellent! They are extremely friendly and have very speedy service. Their pizza is delicious and has great value for your money. They are constantly giving out coupons and discounts for their pizza. If you haven't tried their Subs, you must! They are delicious as well. This is my household's Monday Night go to.
