Place an order online for Something simple an order of seasoned fries, large and a large Lewis Cajun fries without the Cajun seasoning to make them just cheese ranch. Ordered it for delivery they came. It was cold And had no seasoning on the regular large fry, though it clearly states it should on the order. Called the store. A female picked up did not provide her name. I explained that the order I received for the fries were cold and she said well it’s an online order. It’s a delivery through DoorDash. I said no I ordered it through your app which I did. Proceeded to tell her that I would like to order remade and she said let me get a manager I said how about this let me talk to Manager. She hung up on me. Call back got hung up on. Call back. No answer. Call back. Got put on hold. Call back. Got a manager Really redundant. Manager agreed to remake them and have a conversation with her whether or not he does is another story I live less than five minutes away from the store. I ordered it because I wasn’t home so that my son can have something if I wasn’t there on time but anyway got the second order And when I got home, the fries were barely seasoned. My son also found hair in his fries so we both did not eat our fries and it’s all I ordered. I will never get Wingstop in this area again. They have been nothing but a letdown they need to take lessons from other states and other restaurants and when someone says seasoning you Season them not here’s a sprinkle. and I thought Anderson down the road was bad. I used to go to Wingstop all the time I will no longer go to it in the state of Ohio. Everyone I have tried has been a letdown. They need to go to Texas and take a lesson when you put season on there you’re supposed to see it and taste it not here’s a hint Even the cheese and ranch fries had none of the seasoned on the fries like normal and there was barely any ranch on them and very lightly coated with cheese. I arrived at the appointed time (6 hours later) to be told that they were running 20-30 minutes behind. OK, not ideal, but I waited. 30 minutes went by and then I started hearing the staff discussing that they had run out of BBQ sauce. When I approached, I was told this was true. I asked to cancel my order and obtain a refund. Since, I had ordered using the app, the only way to obtain a refund was to go back through the app. The manager told me that they couldn't provide a refund and that they were still making my food, but essentially that it was not their problem that I couldn't wait any longer as the BBQ sauce was being sourced from another store. I ordered about three weeks ago talk to a manager and he said basically it’s unfortunately that he cannot find my name or number because someone incorrectly put it in the books and I told him well. It’s just the principal. It’s not my fault that your records are not Recorded right then was basically told well we’ve had a lot of people come in and out and quit. Again I said, still not my fault, but I just don’t understand the customer service these days.
