I work at a facility that takes care of youth, so when I went to their McDonalds restaurant on 07/07/2018 at 7:27 pm I was truly disappointed. First it took forever just to place the order; the one person that was working on getting people their orders seemed over worked. I finally was able to place my order and then it took a long time to get the food. While waiting for the food, another customer started using inappropriate language, which I totally understand is not McDonald’s fault that someone is cursing but after another customer addressed him about using that kind of language around young kids, he threatens that customer and keeps cursing. The manager was called to the counter and he explained that it is policy to never get involved in these situations, and that is while the guy is loudly cursing in the restaurant, the manager did not apologize or even show empathy that the group of nine youth under the age of 7 had to witness this mess. I left shortly after that but my burger was cold and the fries were hard, or over cooked. I will never go back to this restaurant, seems like they don’t care about their customers...

I quit purchasing food and Coffee at this location after the 9th time I have come to the Conclusion the employees are just lazy and dirty which translates to the food and drinks Provided to customers. I have gotten food with the wrong toppings to ice coffee that has no coffee just creamer and ice or even ice tea with coffee creamer. It is exhausting to have this Issues happen over and over horrible management. The 9th time I got ice coffee and was given ice with vanilla creamer no coffee so I decided to move on and just not go here. But today I ask my husband to pick a medium sugar-free French vanilla iced coffee and he went to this location.And he came home with Sugar-free French vanilla and ice only. Read moreI was essentially denied service for being foreign. The speakers in the drive through were too quiet to hear properly, let alone for someone such as myself who is hard-of-hearing. But the girl through the speaker also could clearly not understand my accent which led to a quick back -and-forth of asking to repeat what was said on both sides. I gave up on that and proceeded to the first window where we were then told we couldnt order there and would have to go back around to the speakers... The speakers that were already not an option.
The Guy at the window would hear nothing about the speakers being too quiet and my accent too heavy... and we even had already ordred on the app, the window guy wouldnt even take that. At this point I left. terrible customer service and zero accomodation for someone with...
