La Reina Food Truck — Restaurant in Batesville

I ordered three bean and cheese burritos for three kids two tortas two orders of four tacos each I got back two bean burritos and the rest of my order we left to go sit down at a park with our kids and notice we were missing a burrito so I called and they said come pick it up I get there and the smart mouth Mexican girl says she gave me three burritos they didn't owe us a burrito I said no ma'am you gave me two burritos two tortas and two orders of the tacos I'm missing a burrito I would not go out of my way to come back here for a lousy bean and cheese burrito if I got it she swore I was lying so I'll make it but I'm checking the cameras I know I gave it to you I told her to check her cameras and I demand an apology when you see it on your cameras very rude very arrogant very arrogant and very rude never had this problem with this taco truck always eat there always love their food but I normally deal with the owner the Mexican lady the owner this young girl that works there is a disgrace she doesn't need to be working there I have no reason to be lying over a burrito I had plenty of money I paid 80 plus dollars for the meal I demand to get what I paid I hope the two dudes and that girl get fired they are bad...

I ordered a Happy Box advertised on the truck for $21.99 but was charged $26.95. When I questioned the charge, the employee told me the owner had raised the price but hadn't updated the sign. That's either false advertising or the employee added a 20% tip without my consent.

I called the truck, Phone number given to me by my credit card company, to speak with either a manager or the owner and ended up speaking to someone who was relieving the original employee--she repeated the same explanation.

I will be reporting it to the credit card company a possible unauthorized charge.

Regardless of the reason, this was misleading and unacceptable. I won't be returning, will dispute the charge with my credit...

The service is so friendly and uplifting, the food comes fast, the food tastes amazing. Just what you need after a hard time at the after hours clinic to make you feel better, or for lunch, or anytime really. I eat there atleast 3-5 times a week and it's great each time!
