Main Street Batesville — Local services in Batesville

I was just downtown on Main Street and probably the first time in nearly 20 years. Bravo Batesville. It looks amazing and I love all of the businesses. There was one, it had Batesville Mercantile on the door. It is on a corner, and I think it may have been a drug store years ago, but not 100% sure. It wasn't open and there were no business hours, but looking through the window, I really wanted to go in. There's always next time, and I won't wait nearly 20 years to visit downtown...

For a small town it has always looked nice, but since the renovation it's magnificent. There have been several new businesses opened, and I prefer the diagonal parking more than the parallel parking. New and increased seating has been added, as well as more trees and shrubs without making it look over crowded or overdone.
