McDonald's — Restaurant in Batesville

I'd give it less than one star, but I'm unable. Avoid this MacDonald's AT ALL COSTS!!! The service is terrible. The best attitude I've ever gotten from them is apathy. They have given me food poisoning that was bad enough to send me to the ER...TWICE! Tonight I decided to give them one more chance...and I regret it. It was at 3am and they're in the middle of remodeling, so the drive thru was limited to one lane, you couldn't use the speakers and you had to pull up to the second window to order and wait...that's all fine, I understood that completely, I didn't mind that. I was third from the window and I sat there...for TWENTY MINUTES!! The people behind me pulled away. I decided however to call and find out the situation. When they finally did answer, they told me they were having to cook to order and we're still waiting on food to get done. Now explain something to me, if you've already taken the first person's order, why can't you have them pull forward and then take the next customer's order? They were actually going to wait to take more orders until the menu changed over to breakfast!! I'm through with...

Finally tried the kiosk inside the McDonald's store. It was intimidating at first with all those choices, and my choice wasn't prominent. I asked one of the wait people to help me and she showed me where it was, buried in sandwiches icon along with the fish that I needed for my Mom. There was a whole page devoted to my lowly snack wrap. Not hard to use once you use it for the first time. You also get the choice of eating in or take out and paying at the kiosk or at the counter. I chose paying at the kiosk with my card, it will take debit or credit cards. This was actually very easy. Now that I've used the kiosk, it's much easier than waiting in line, there are at least 4 kiosks to choose from. Once you choose to pay at the kiosk it will ask you to get an electronic table finder and enter the number that you find on it. Then you have page to pay and you can get your drink glass, and filler up. Now you can get your table (or wait if you take out) and they will bring your order to the table. Easy,...

I gave a one star purely because there’s not an option for ZERO! I went in and to start off the guy at the cash register needed a refund on a cone and the manager started yelling at him from across the store. Then the manager came to refund the lady in front of me and sent the cashier to fix the mocha machine, after she refunded the lady, I stepped up to order and the Manager decided that was a good time to yell at the cashier she sent to fix the machine for FIVE MINUTES before turning her attention to me. Finally I was able to order a simple burger and as I was waiting, for an unexplained extended amount of time, I noticed, the preppers(people preparing the food) did not have on gloves and one man did not have his facial hair covered (Health Violation). The manager’s name was Jamie and someone needs to tell her that she needs to be more professional and tend to her customers first and maybe coach her employees at a lower decibel or get closer to them instead of screaming...
