Wendy's — Restaurant in Batesville

Because I'm paying $20+ for two people = 2 meals I'm giving this a strong 1 rating. We've come here on a Friday 3 of the last 6 weeks around 9PM. Each time the store sign is off, and all lights are off but they're open. I guess I'm stating this for Corporate purposes. Do the lights not work or do the store managers leave them off to keep traffic down?

Anyway, each of our last 3 meals, tonight being one of them the burgers are constantly missing toppings and the ones that are on there are extremely minimal. I'm not ordering special sandwiches, just standard, everything on it. So either I think they're short on ingredients and arent telling customers or they are just incapable of doing the basics in their kitchen. I wouldn't care so much if the food didn't cost over $20 for two meals.

Food was good but lacked the tomato on the chicken sandwiches we ordered. Eleven pm on a Saturday night heading home from King Island we pulled over to feed our family. We ordered 8 meals and the guy who took the order was very rude and kept rushing us to be done placing our order. You could tell in his voice he was frustrated we placed a big order. When we go to the window he was making our drinks and slamming them on the counter. He should have been happy we placed our large order with his restaurant instead of acting like we were such an inconvenience. If he doesn't like his job he should get another one or you should find a new employee that will bring business in and not make customers feel like an inconvenience or like their business...

Sad to say but when you have kids/ young adults operating a business in FOOD don't expect cleanliness!! I was so discussed by the bathroom ( my feet were sticking to the floor) ordered my food (nuggets and fries) Wanted packets of ketchup but didn't dare reach into the container ON THE COUNTER !!!!!!! Within sight of employees, because they were smeared in ketchup... told the employee and Jenna looks and says " oh " She didn't bother taking them away for clean ones, just left them... needles to say i didn't even bother to ask for clean ones... Y'ALL NEED CLEANLY ADULTS TO TEACH CHILDREN how to properly clean and run your...
