Wendy's — Restaurant in Batesville

The service was absolutely awful. I ordered a 4 for 4, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and a chicken nugget. Plus several frostys using the keychains. The person at the window gave us our frostys and a bag of food. While sitting at the window I noticed it didn't have our 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and we didn't have our drink. So I mentioned those items. The lady visably was frustrated and walked toward the front. She came back with a bag of food that had someone else's order with fries, sandwiches, etc. I mentioned this was not our food. We were only missing 2 chicken sandwiches. The lady was more frustrated. Talking to people in the building but refused to say another word to us even though we were polite about their mess up. She then came back and handed us our chicken sandwiches and I had to pipe up again and ask for our drink. She almost threw the drink at us without saying a word with a very visible facial expression of frustration. They have quality food. The issue I have with them is their lack of concern on how another company reflects on their service. I recently placed a delivery order (yes, I realize that the store doesn’t have any control over the companies that deliver their food) but the delivery driver didn’t show up or call me to let me know they were here (apparently they were calling the wrong number). When I completed the survey about my experience, the district manager called me and didn’t seem interested in how another company was reflecting on his business. He continuously spewed rhetoric about how Wendy’s didn’t have any control over it. My response was to say that they can complain just as easily as I can (and would probably carry more weight). I was there before the linche rush. That being said, the line was shart and moved quickly. The food was good. My lunches was a grilled chicken snack wrap and a tropical iced tea. He wrap was good, they added grilling spices, and hot. The ice tea not so good, it just didn't taste like a tropical drink. I didn't finish it, I got regular tea. Let me give a heads up on the layout for the placement of amenities: once you get through the line, the napkins, ketchup is directly facing the order counter.. on your rith will be the drinks center. The unsweetened tea will be on your left facing the drinks counter, and the sweet tea will be on your right.
