Fat Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Bath Township

First time going & wasn't sure if we were to seat ourselves and if you coykd sit anywhere or ??? as there was 3 seating areas and no greater . After about 5 minutes someone finally said hi and told us sit wherever. We sat and waited at table for another 5 + minutes for a waitress..wasn't sure if we waited to get drinks or if we just got up to go to the buffet ?? She took our drink order and said we were more than welcome to help ourselves to the buffet. We get to this "buffet " and it was very very small nothing was labeled if you had a food allergy ect you were playing Russian roulette cause you had no idea what anything was. Salad bar was tiny & dark had to put face almost in food to be able to see what was actually there to choose from and again nothing labeled (dressings) .. It was just not a good experience. If you were going to order off the menu & drink it may be alright but buffet NO NO NO and as a first timer not really knowing where to go or what...

We called and asked for 3 ham and cheese subs plain. And other items. The person repeated my order back. They said 30 minutes. We got there 30 minutes later and they said they would call my name when ready. So we waited. 10 minutes later we ask about our food and she said that they are finishing up our order with the cold toppings. When we told her that they were plain. They were going to pick off the toppings. Not caring that there was a allergy to a topping. We asked for a refund and the young girl at the register got nasty and rude. Handed the money back,slammed the register shut and went to the back to talk about us. We heard her. I was visiting family from 3 hours away and loved going to fat jacks. Never again. So disappointed. Wish we can give zero stars. Called and asked for a manager and they said the person won't be there until Tuesday and it was on...

SO done with this location! Its a 50/50 chance on whether the bottom is done to perfection or not. Which is a shame, cause its right around the corner from me! I used to get a pizza twice a week after work. But I am sick and tired of getting home, popping open the box and getting a faint dough smell, then examining the bottom to find it was pulled 2 or so mins too early leaving a soft bottom instead of that nice golden crisp bottom. I end up eating a little bit to get something in my stomach, and toss the rest! I took a 3 month break from the place, and the other day I was like "hmm, i'll give it another go" get my pizza to the car, pop it open, and what a surprise soft bottom! Do you guys seriously not check the bottoms when you go to pull the pizza's?! Cause the cook on the pizzas are so inconsistent! Now idk if the other locations are this way or not, might just be...
