Albasha Express — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Their food is ok, but their prices on their menu online are deceitful. If you place an order based on the prices on their online menu, you will be surprised with a total that is about $5.00 over what it should be based on their online menu prices. If you bring it to their attention, they pretend that they don't know what you are talking about, if you tell them that you will bring your phone with you to show them their online menu prices, they tell you with an attitude that chicken prices have increased, and so have their prices .if you ask them when they are going to fix their online menu prices, you get an "I will let them know". I had ordered from them about 3-4 times, I liked their food (that's why I didn't give them 1 star), but I had noticed that what I was paying did not match their online menu prices. Even then, when I ordered from them 3-4 times within the last few weeks, I still added a tip. I will no longer give my business to this place. Their online menu is on their listing on Google Maps,. which they are very well aware of, based on how little it took them to respond to...

Albasha has the best Lebanese food in town & this new Express location is no exception. The place is clean, the service is fast & friendly, & the food is excellent. You also get generous portions, just like all Albasha locations. My one complaint is the meat is too salty, but I've never used much salt in my food.

REPLY TO OWNER COMMENT: Thank you for the offer of a free meal, but the over-salty meats wasn't a one-time thing. Your meats are always too salty. Every time. That is the only complaint I have, but it is the same at every Albasha location I've been to (which is about 4-5 locations total). If you keep all the seasonings the same, but cut the salt back to almost half it...

HORRIBLE customer service. We door dashed an order and it was missing a side item, also the chicken shwarma sandwich had brown wilted lettuce on it and was missing the tomato. I called to speak with the manager to notify them of the issue and 2 people argued me down and told me “i’m freaking out over half of a tomato” and that the door dash driver must have dropped the sh**. All while yelling at me, and then hung up in my face. I had to call back twice before I ever got an answer and the so called manager that said his first name was “Woodburn” which doesn’t even sound like a real name... yelled at me and told me to never call again. Food was horrible and dry. Will NEVER order...
