This location must be relatively new, since I've never seen this location before. If so, my first experience was a complete disappointment. I was craving a chocolate milkshake, and not a McDonald's chocolate milkshake, a REAL chocolate milkshake. After showing up at 10:45PM, 15 minutes before they close, I was told they were out of milk. How can an ice cream place be out of milk? My thoughts were that this girl had already cleaned up all the blenders ready to leave at exactly 11PM and didn't want to get the blenders dirty again. If some people actually cared about their jobs and their customer service, maybe we wouldn't have so much turnover with stores/restaurants dealing with the public. I guarantee that the owner, or whoever's capital is at stake, will learn that their employees are going to be the ones who ran this business into the ground, which isn't good for anyone. I guess this girl can't comprehend the fact that if she does the work she's expected to do, the customer will be happy, sales will increase, making the owner happy, and then giving their employee a raise for doing a good job, but a foresight of 15 minutes to close will prevent any of this coming...
Read moreHey, it Baskin Robbins. I’m almost 50 years old and have been going to Baskin Robbins since I was knee high to a grasshopper. This particular store was clean and the service was excellent on the night we visited. I wish they would have had more tables as we had to sit in the car to eat our ice cream but that was no huge deal. We both had a Banana Royal and we were go happy with what we had.
