I ordered a pizza, like I do about 3x weekly from this store, Dan was the manager.
Amber was the delivery driver, the food showed delivered on app, I immediately called the store and Dan answered after a few minutes. I told him the app show pizza was delivered but no one came. He said Amber was still out so he will have her call me.
10 minutes go by, no one calls me, so I call Dan back. He says, She just got back let me go see what the "dealio" is. Comes back and says Amber delivered the pizza to me. Ok, I think, a misunderstanding, although my apartment is the only apartment with that number, and whether A B C or D they all come to our unit and no one knocked. We were even looking for her because we expected her soon and didn't even see a delivery driver. I don't doubt she blindly gave it to the wrong person but this is where it gets really bad, never before in all my days ordering food (more than I care to admit) have I had to deal with such .... incompetency.
Dan relayed that Amber insists that she checked to make sure it was the right person, I prepaid with a debit card, so not only should she have done this but for all I know it could be an inside job for her to write in her own tip (I doubt it.) But she certainly did not I.D. the individual she gave the pizza to.
So Dan says that not only is he not sending out another pizza, but he is not giving a refund. Even after I said I would be letting corporate know about this.
Called back to mention I was thinking about calling the police (I didn't, they have more important things) because they would obviously see there was no pizza nor smell any remnants, and since they are charging me it is stealing. But someone answered that claimed to be a driver and I was put on hold indefinitely.
Dan seems to get an odd enjoyment out of other people's suffering. If he remains a manager I'll be disgusted, certainly not ordering from this location ever again. And potentially other Dominos due to a sheer lack of being able to pick out semi-competent managers.

Read moreI called them because my pizza was cold and I ordered two orders of wings and they didn’t even give me the blue cheese dipping that I asked for. I spoke to the store manager who answered the phone and she had an attitude saying that she is looking at my order and I didn’t order any blue cheese. I went back to my online receipt and it had the blue cheese on there. I ask her what was her name because I will report my service to corporate and she hung the phone in my face. I called back twice and the same thing happen. I never had any problems with them until today. The store manager was very very rude and very very unprofessional. I had to call the store on Government street to get corporate number to file a complaint so after I gotten off the phone the delivery driver called back saying she bringing blue cheese and an 2 liter cold drink but I refuse that because it’s no help with the pizza being cold the wings cold. I can’t understand why they feel that it’s ok to serve cold food and try to make it up with a 2 liter cold drink. This is very very unacceptable and I really want some answers and something to show that my hard earned money went down the drain. My order was $25.14 and I want a full refund or at least a free order of everything I purchased today. I was treat very unfairly and for the store manager to answer the phone and be entirely rude when she suppose to set an example to fellow coworkers. Read moreI've gotten better service at a run-down, side-of-the-road burger shack. I've had many bad experiences with this Dominos, but no other Dominos locations. The last time I went there ticked me off enough to give a 1-star review. I wish they had an option for zero stars. I ordered 2 pizzas and a side of breadsticks. When I get there to pick it up, I receive my order and head back to my car but I noticed something was off. I kept smelling something sweet and I knew I didn't order any dessert. I checked my breadsticks and it was cinnasticks. So I thought, "Oh okay, no big deal. I'll just get them to swap it for me." I get back to the window (because they don't even allow you to come through the door) and wait for someone to come assist me. Well, I see the manager in the back working along with the other 2 employees, so I figured it may take a sec for them to finish what they're doing and then come. I waited for 10 minutes at the window while these terrible workers constantly made eye contact with me but never came to assist me once. By their body language and the way the employee talked to me when someone finally came to the window, I knew that they knew they messed up my order. So I wait for them to give me my correct order. WELL GUESS WHAT THESE IGNORANT * *, GOOD FOR NOTHING, ENTITLED PIECES OF ** DID WITH MY CINNASTICKS!! THEY SCRAPED THE CINNAMON OFF AND SPRINKLED GARLIC AND HERBS ON IT!!!
