I was excited to try Dutch Bros since I had heard they were opening in Baton Rouge. The young man who took our order was very courteous and offered helpful suggestions, and we also left a tip. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the Golden Eagle drink I ordered, and my husband was also disappointed with his. When I reached the window, the cashier called my order back and clarified it was a Golden Eagle with oat milk, which was not supposed to be the case. This was my first visit to Dutch Bros, and I was genuinely looking forward to trying it. I picked up a drink for my wife and brought it home, excited to surprise her since we had never had Dutch Bros before. Unfortunately, when we opened it, we noticed a gnat frozen inside the ice.

It was really disappointing and not something we expected from a place with such a good reputation. I understand things happen, but for a first-time experience, it completely changed our impression. Hopefully this helps the store take a closer look at quality control and cleanliness moving forward.

First of all, the vibe in the drive-thru is on point! I don't go to coffee shops often, and when I do CC's is usually my go-to. Y'ALL! I went to this place TWICE just today! This morning, I had the iced Golden Eagle and got my husband the Caramelizer freeze, both were DELICIOUS!
