Until tonight, I thought Little Caesars did a great job. I'd never heard anyone complain about them, and their food always looks delicious. But my experience earlier this evening has definitively changed my perception of the company.
I had to place a delivery order from this Little Caesars location (Coursey at Sherwood in Baton Rouge), and the entire ordeal went horribly.
First of all, the driver went to the wrong house, even though he had my correct address. So, I texted him step-by-step directions to my home and even sent him a picture of it. Despite this, he still took a long time to arrive. I'm not sure what on earth he was doing. The house is not difficult to find.
By the time he arrived the pizza was cold. And I'd specifically instructed the driver to use the back door. He did not.
Even worse, he didn't give me all of the food that was ordered. He left before I noticed that a third of the order was missing. When I texted him about this, he basically said that wasn't his problem and I should call the restaurant.
I called the restaurant and even though they were open, I was sent to their messaging service. I spoke to one messaging service operator who listened to my issue and then said she would transfer me to the actual restaurant location so it could be resolved. She did not transfer me to the restaurant. Instead, she put me on hold for quite a while and then transferred me to another messaging service operator.
The second operator said the same thing, assuring me they would transfer me to the actual restaurant location. At this point, I'd been on the phone too long, and I was frustrated so I hung up.

I call today for order and this guy just take the order like crazy and even ask for my name or if it’s all for me and just He hung up the phone without letting me talk, I call back to let him know my name for the order and also finish my order and he do the same again. I know what maybe today can be a busy day but it’s not a reason for be Like that with a customer! This is my message for all company’s .... I know homeless who are a 100% more respectfully than the guys what y’all have on ur company’s now days.
