McDonald's — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

First, no one acknowledged me at the register after having stood there 4 munutes, even after one of the managers passed by me going behind the counter. Another manager called a young lady from the back to co.e work the register even with 3 others standing around in a circle with her, watching the fries fry. The young lady took my order and was very polite, even asked if anyone had waited one me while she was approaching the register. After I order my oatmeal and a small decaf coffee, the manager told the young lady after about 3-5 minutes of her looking for apples, that they didn't have any. So I asked he if I could have a pack of the apple SLICES that go in the happy meals, because that's what the other McDonalds would do and she started mumbling that those apples aren't for the oatmeal and she couldn't give me those. I explained to her that I've ran into this t several other McDonalds and they ALWAYS gave me the apple SLICES as a replacement for the apple chunks if they were out. So she proceeded to begrudgingly give them to the cashier, all while STILL MUMBLING under her breathe! Needless to say, I DO NOT plan on visiting this establishment anytime soon!! Placed an order on the app and entered the drive through. Took 15 mins to get to the order screen. I informed the cashier that my order was on the app and offered her the order code. She said she didnt need it now and to pull up to the window. 10 mins later, im at the window and she tells me to change the order to curbside so I could pay for it through the app and go park 😳 NO WAY IM GETTING OUT OF LINE AFTER 25 MINS. So I switched my order as asked and stayed in line and 10 mins later im at the pick up window. The manager had an attitude because I refused to leave the line. All I ordered was 2 Cheeseburger Happy Meals good grief! I asked to just please be refunded, Id had enough. The manager then proceeded to shove a huge paper bag out of the window with the (cold) meals inside with an ATTITUDE like it was my fault. If my kids didn't REALLY want them I would have politely declined and demanded a refund, but instead I gave them a verbal lesson on respect for others and themselves. I ordered a filet o fish meal with a medium sized fry and a extra filet o fish sandwich both with extra tartar sauce. I also ordered the triple cheeseburger meal with a large fry and a extra triple cheeseburger sandwich both of those with no pickles extra onions. Both of my drink's were a large Hi-C. I never received my medium or large fries, I never received my extra sandwiches the filet or the triple cheeseburger the only thing I received for my food was one filet o fish sandwich and a triple cheeseburger and the drinks!!! My order was almost $40 dollars. This is an ongoing problem I have been having. The last time I ordered I was missing my 12 chocolate chip cookies from this location. Something needs to be done instead of this Manager's and employees playing around so much maybe they can actually get a order right.
