Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Zero star if I am allowed. I ordered a single pizza online 10 mins before I arrived at this store. When I opened the door, the first thing I noticed is the greasy floor. There was no one at the cashier. Then the store manager (I assumed) came out without a face mask during this covid. I just stepped back as the "sign" said. Ten minutes later, a staff came to me and said I need wait 5 more mins. I asked why, she mumbled. I told her I ordered online 20 mins ago, then she told me they forgot to take care of this order. At this time, the order status on the computer screen showed "Ready." In the next 15 mins, the orders after me turned ready one by one, and people got their foods one by one. No one even bother to say "sorry" during the whole waiting time. The staff who came to me earlier did not say anything after the "5 mins" she promised. The store manager very professionally said "we apologize for your waiting" like a robot with a poker face! 40 mins after I put my order on line, the pizza was handed to me by the staff without saying a word. The worst thing is that the pizza was undercooked when I opened the box. It is my first time to find a original pan without the crust feeling. Heartbroken, and I really don't recommend this...

I can guarantee you that I will never ever ever ever ever come back to your business ever again. to start off, i went to the pizza hut on government street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I ordered online at 10:20 the store closes at 11:00, i got an email stating that the order was confirmed and got the confirmation email. I get to the store and they tell me that they dont have an order. They close out online ordering at 10:20. Ok cool, but someone could have sent me and email or called me.. I wasted time to come over there. The manager, nonchalantly said oh well sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt. They tell me that i can order now and it will be ready in 15 minutes. I ordered again and i went outside into my car to wait. I come back into pizza hut and they tell me that one of their coworkers has taken the pizza that i ordered and tried to give me a meat lovers pizza. I dont eat meat so i didnt want that, i want what i ordered. The pizza hut was very dirty, none of the workers except one or two workers had on their uniforms. Some people had on muscle shirts and sweat shorts, some people...

I can't speak on the food. I deliver it, not eating it. This location needs to be shut down. The cashier had the absolute worst attitude with everyone including her way elders. Way older than me and she was so mean. Seemed to be the only worker, but there was noise in the back. She was slamming doors and her demeanor was that of an extremely lazy five year old dragging her feet everywhere (literally). Absolutely unacceptable. I never saw another worker to help either. The place was filthy... I don't think anyone cleans anything. Honestly, for a sec I thought... maybe the worker has had a bad day or a bad life idk, but when you disrespect your elders the way she did.. No ma'am. I'll never deliver for that location. I ahd to cancel (unassign) my task due to wait time of 45 minutes and a bunch...
