Update: I received a message about my review and am pleased to know my review is being addressed. I hope to have a better experience the next time I visit. The message guided me to feel as though I could have the previous experience and that it is important to myself and the owner. I am very disappointed. Upon entry, none of the associates spoke, nor was any help offered. As fast as I entered, I left, and this was unfortunate because I've shopped at the Metairie location and had a better experience.
