I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how impressed I’ve been with the changes at this location recently—and it’s all thanks to the new manager, Jaycie. In just the last few weeks, there’s been a noticeable difference in the energy, the cleanliness, and the overall experience. You can feel the shift the moment you walk in.
Jaycie is professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure every guest feels seen and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who not only takes pride in their work but also uplifts everyone around them. You can tell she leads by example, and the whole team seems more motivated and organized because of her.

Read moreThe worst smoothie king I’ve ever been to. We were the only people in the drive through line an hour and a half before close, and we waited five minutes before a payment was even taken. We could see a girl inside just on her phone. We ordered the pineapple kale and pineapple surf and when we finally get our smoothes, one tasted like a strawberry milkshake and the other tasted like collagen and water. I take them inside and tell them they are the wrong ones and Asia R just looked at me and asked what I ordered (even though there was no one else in the store or drive thru and she just made them). I had some young black girl speak to me like I was garbage today over a misunderstanding about a question I had about 5$ Fridays. Which as it turns out the particular shake I order used to be 5$ but is now 6$. I asked for the management to begin with on the beginning of the of the call and got someone who said managers weren't in at the moment.
