Paid for extra coco, didn't put it in. I asked and they said no. What's the point of asking for something and paying for it if you aren't going to get it? 12/6/24 Dude upset that I'm ordering. Hands me a vanilla hulk instead of a chocolate one... Then reblends it with the "right stuff" and ruins it more.
So, paid for 3 enhancers and including extra coco and this crap sucks.
Honestly, I'm getting ready to start reporting ALL of you locations with every account and number I have access to and tank your standing with Shoomie King.
Pissed.
7/13/23 New day, new people, same problems.
Rude and disrespectful. I cancelled my order. I would like a refund and I would love to talk with the owners about the store.
They asked me to pull around to the front to wait for my smoothie, then after 5 minutes they come out to complain about me being in front of the door. I asked, "Why not just bring my smoothie?" She said,"I will as soon as you park". She then walks right back out with my smoothie and continues to complain to me. So I asked for a refund. They were the reason I pulled up in the first place. The customers pulling up to the drive thru were why I wasn't in a parking space in the first place.
I used to spend about $4k a year on smoothies, but half the stores I go to play more games than Milton Bradley.
Then they act like they aren't the reason I pulled around in the first place and got the customers yelling at me.

Chocolate Hulk runny like water.
I'll just start asking for a refund everytime it's wrong or your team it rude.
I want a smoothie king with smoothie king standards. It's not too much to ask. I'm not hard to please.
Here is the recipe: Be kind, be reasonably paced, be open during your posted hours or operation and make a hulk to the quality of 90% of stores I go to across a dozen cities. It's not that difficult.
Still a bunch of punks. Now they changed to buy 2 enhancers get 1 free only in the same smoothie. Who the hell likes 3+ enhancers in the same smoothie?
Your practices at this location are pathetic and I will not stop updating this so all of your customers can see how bad you are compared to other SK franchisees.
Hammond and St. Tammany are light years from you in service, quality of product, promotions and just being able to hold to your hours of operations.
As a daily customer of the Brand, get your act together. If you need some Coaching or a consultant, feel free to contact me. I'm invested in y'all getting your act together for the sake of my customer experience.
Until a competitive alternative arrives.
Update 4/19.... They still suck. Some things don't change and y'all never stop disappointing me.
Update: now they owe me $1.08 for not giving me my 3rd enhancer for free.
Starting to bug me.
3:39pm I walk up as they have a car in drive thru.
It's not raining and their are people inside... They lock the door as I come up. I knock and look that confused.
They turn the light off and come tell me they are closing.
Smoothie King has a systematic problem with customer service and if y'all ever had a national competitor, you would be out of business in 1-2 years.
This kind of "service" is why companies shut down.
Maybe I should open a franchise for smoothies instead of working pizza.
At least I wouldn't be the first food business closed on Government St....
You see that response to this under here? Comical. Explain to me how they can "fix" me working a 15hr day and expecting to get a smoothie at normal business hours and them just shutting down out of fear of a hurricane that wasn't hitting us.
Dude, you aren't going to help. I'll still buy a smoothie when I feel like it, but your team's service is weak, they have their butts and balls hanging out of their pants and have the store keys literally hanging from the top of their boxers into their balls.

I ordered a smoothie bowl on 10/12/23 at approximately 3:30–3:45 p.m. When I got to the window, I paid, and the lady asked if I could pull around and they would bring my order out to me.
