Triplet's Blue Store II — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Your staff isn't friendly at all and, they rush you in ordering. The beans and rice is sold separately from the chicken and the other blue store sales the their beans & rice with 3 chicken wings as a meal deal with one price and they give you more than enough.... please, try to sale as a combo style and not everything separate just to make extra money... please, help a sister and a brother out! The Majority of your customers are black African Americans and your employees are black African Americans as well. Owners, build a relationship with your customers, as well as your employees, and make your customers feel welcome...and please, make us feel like you appreciate our business... I'll admit the food is good but there are other places who has good food as well.... y'all don't greet or interact with your customers and you tend to forget this is how you keep your business active.... because, of us!!!! Try, to do better, and you will succeed!!! Find the time to say thank you, to your customers, and ask them to please come back. We visit the blue store weekly. Went by today to get our usual, a 6 piece box and 2-3 piece wings. We only received the 6 piece box and 3 wings. So we let the lady at drive thru know. She asked for our receipt which she never gave us, she found it in the trash. We was only charged for a 6 piece box and 3 wings. She then argued with us that we only asked for a 6 piece and 3 wings. So then we asked could we just order 3 more wings( maybe she didn't hear us correct the first time.) She got rude and said she wasn't taking our order & walked off. So, we just left to avoid anymore confusion and arguement. That is definitely not the way to treat your customers. I love eating from there but we will not be back to this location due to her very rude...

You do not come here for the atmosphere, you do not come here for the service. You come here to get the best chicken in town.

Chicken so good, Todd Graves offered the family that owns it millions of dollars for the brand and they declined the offer.

Of all of their stores this is among the best in town. If you have a friend from out of town, this is where you bring them to inteoduce them to our town's food culture.

Its affordable, quick, and they're always so outwardly gracious of any tip value you provide them. This is a great location, and i already recommend it to a lot of people that i know.
