Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Went to the Millerville location 6:00 I ordered 10 wings spicy 10 wings sweet 2 fries and a coke. When she gave me the bag I could tell nothing was hot pulled back around and ask if I could get some hot wings because those were cold and hard. Also only got one cold fry. Well pulled up he brought the wings out and they felt hot but no fries. I ask why I didn’t get a fry and that my other fry was cold could I get two hot ones well that made him sigh so I said never mind I will pull back around and order two more that I had to pay for. When I pulled up to the window I ask if I could get hot fries I heard her tell them I wanted hot well I did not get hot they were cold and old. Got home with my 38.00 wings I thought were hot well the top few were but the bottom ones were hard and cold so I tried to chew my jerky chicken and eat my old and cold fries needless to say I want be going back this is the second time this has happened I want be spending my hard earned money on this mess ever again and I have spent lots here. Considering that when I went there, it was trick or treating time on Halloween night, and that they were probably short staffed, they did beyond excellent. They took our order and then had it ready for us before I could get back from the restroom. (I'm a guy, so even though I wash my hands extra well, that's still pretty fast). The food was not only good, it was great. Not only was it exactly the way we ordered it, it was absolutely delicious! I did have to go back to the counter to ask for some ketchup because they didn't have a ketchup station, but that also means that they don't waste any packets that aren't needed. Plus, they had one of those special Coca-Cola drink mixer stations that although it didn't have the strawberry flavoring to make my favorite soft drink, it did allow me to make cherry-vanilla Dr. Pepper, which is still highly specialized, so the degree of available soft drink choices is definitely noted and greatly appreciated. I am fond of brick, leather and wood, and those are the materials that design this interior. Our service was fast, informed (we needed to know exactly what was in each of the 4 different salads because of weight and health issues as well as being picky), and friendly. There were several dressings available, their names clearly visible with descriptions and calories. We both enjoyed the sliced grilled chicken with our salads.

The fried cheese bites were reminiscent of Bennigans, but with more batter per amount of cheese. Some have reported having trouble finding the entrance, but I suspect that will become less of a problem once the other businesses open, and signage goes up.

The women's bathroom was clean, with unusual faucet and sink design (see pictures). I couldn't tell which way the levers turned on.
